Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.

The hotel ıs renewed with a nice beach and high hospitality. I specially thank to Ms. Serife Who is in charge with guest relations and her highly kindness in supporting a very nice holiday.the hotel ıs well licated best beach very delicious kitchen and food and super climate esp in May. Thanks to Acapulco Washington to stay for another stay.

This is our second time in Acapulco, and I believe it will not be the last. The hotel is situated on one of the most beautiful beaches in North Cyprus, providing a tranquil and relaxing experience. If you prefer the pool, you have two options and an aquapark where you can enjoy the day. Last year, I mentioned it would be nice to have a kettle in the room, and this year, we had one. We stayed in the same room as last year. Therefore, my experience with the rooms is limited, but the one we stayed in, located in Pine Court II, is quite large with a wonderful sea view. The building is also much quieter than the main building. The customer relations are excellent; they make you feel truly taken care of. I'd especially like to thank Esra Hanım, who is exceptionally solution-oriented and professional. I can say that Acapulco meets my expectations for both a hotel and a holiday, making me feel comfortable. I also enjoy the variety of food. The construction, which has been ongoing since last year, is finally in its last stages. It seems that the quality of the additional rooms will elevate Acapulco to another level.

We had an amazing vacation with the husband. Mrs. Esra and Mr. Hakan made even more memorable days we lived in the hotel. They arranged dinner for my husband's birthday which was unforgettable... great food, clean room and spa. We will definitely meet again💯💯💯👍👍👍

We are here now. Absolutely terrible hotel, how this is a 5* hotel is beyond me. Food is dreadful, staff are very rude and unhelpful. The rooms are very dated and dirty, guest relations are not willing to help you out or get any problems solved. There’s 14 of us staying here in 6 different rooms, and they are all very dirty with damp sheets, and mould on the walls, wallpaper peeling off, rooms smell of smoke and massive fag burns on the carpet. If you’re looking to book, don’t! Save your money and go elsewhere!

During our stay at Acapulco Hotel, we were thoroughly pleased with our experience. The restaurants were spacious and inviting. The staff, especially Esra Hanım, Sina Bey, and Şerife Hanım, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Yakup at the restaurant was incredibly polite and attentive, and Sila at the reception was exceptionally cheerful and helpful. Additionally, Murat, the bellboy, provided excellent service throughout our stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.
