Abinea Dolomiti Romantic Spa

We enjoyed our stay at Abinea spa hotel. The spa was lovely and extensive. It had all the facilities you can think of. The hot pool with jacuzzi on the 5th flour was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Thanks to all the staff, nothing was difficult for them.

Everything is perfect. Location, staff at reception, waiters in the restourant, especcialy Mr Amine, Romantic Room, Food…….but most of all, their wellness center….really something magic! We will be back soon, it is a beauty rare as an untouched Nature where it is Abinea situated.

We had a wonderful stay for a week in September 2023. Even before we arrived, the communication with the hotel was very helpful. Location in Castelrotto was amazing. From the moment you enter Abinea, the reception Staff make you feel extremely welcome. The decoration and finishing touches of the whole hotel are extremely well done. Every minor detail is taken care off. Our room was good size and quiet, bed was very comfortable. The rooftop swimming pool was amazing with the most incredible view in the background. The restaurant ambience was very nice and the food was excellent. Breakfast buffett was extensive and varied. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. If you want to have a holiday in the Dolomites which includes everything Abinea Dolomite Romantic Spa Hotel is the place to stay at.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was great, helpful and knowledgeable, love the food in the restaurant, breakfast was amazing. The bathroom is too small and I wish they have an electric pot so you can make a tea or coffee

Overall nice experience. Friendly staff, great SPA Area (rooftop pool great) and good food. Our room was little small, but I guess this was due to the category. Cleanliness in the hallway could be improved. Other then that good experience to recommend.

Recently stayed at The Abinea Hotel in Kastelruth, my wife and I had a fantastic 4 night break. Food excellent, Room was very good, Staff were just brilliant, Wellness & Spa areas were amazing. We will return, we would highly recommend this Hotel.. Thank You Abinea Hotel

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel lieg direkt an der Periforie des Dorfes Kastelruth. Die Zimmer sind speziell ausgestattet, der SPA - Bereich sehr sauber und gepflegt. Alle Bereiche sind in Betrieb, sehr schön vor allemam Abdend der Infiniti Pool auf dem Dach mit Blick ins Dorf Kastelruth. Spitzen Küche.

Per il mio compleanno la mia compagna mi ha regalato un day spa con massaggio e cena all Abinea Dolomiti Romantic Hotel. Appena arrivati ci comunicano che lo spogliatoio per noi che abbiamo fatto il day spa è all’interno della stanza solarium😳. Voto basso, visto anche il costo… Piscina all’ultimo piano molto bella, con deliziosi lettini dove riposarsi ed un comodissimo servizio direttamente a bordo piscina. Voto 10 Spa piccola con poca scelta visto il costo, cabina ad infrarossi impossibile da far funzionare. Voto 5 Massaggio. Voto 8 Premetto che ci hanno prenotato un massaggio parziale alle 19 e l’altro alle 19e30 della durata ciascuno di 30 minuti. La cena ha come ultimo ingresso in sala alle 20e15 perciò ho dovuto fare una doccia in fretta per evitare di far tardi…disorganizzatissimi. Arriviamo alla cena, molto gradito il pensiero trovato sul tavolo per il mio compleanno, ma abbiamo dovuto mangiare di corsa tanto che non ci hanno portato il dessert dicendo che la cucina era chiusa….Voto 2 Ci siamo lamentati al momento di pagare ricevendo delle sommarie scuse e ammettendo di non aver tenuto conto che avessimo anche la cena nel momento in cui sono stati fissati i massaggi. Mai mi sarei aspettato un trattamento simile da una struttura che si può vantare di una ottima reputazione nella zona. Sicuramente consiglierei sia alla struttura di formare meglio il personale che prende le prenotazioni e ad amici di tenere conto che la cena ha orari davvero fiscali… Si va in un posto simile per rilassarsi e non per chiudere la giornata in un modo simile…
