Located in the middle of the main district, starbucks and juan valdez near the place. 24 hours open bakery on the corner. Very clean room all with air conditioning. Very helpful and kind staff. Recommendable!

Hotel staff were very polite and available. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good bathroom. Common area on the floors is beautiful. Excellent location! I recommend requesting a room that has a window. Great for those who want to be in the comfort and safety of the city of Amuralha.

The accommodations were very clean, very comfortable, and very well located in the historic center. However we were disappointed that our room had no windows to the outside, that there was no hot water in the shower, and that we were not provided with any drinking water.

Very lovely place in the city of Cartagena! Our ABB was a bust and didn’t exist. We walked in and sadly I cant recall the name of the lovely receptionist that got us another accommodation. She even offered to call the ABB host from a local number to help us. The room is gorgeous and prime location!! Will definitely be back.

The building itself was undergoing some construction projects that created some noise and dust but not too bad. Otherwise, charming room with adequate space and nice amenities, located in the heart of the old city. Fairly quiet at night, aside from a little traffic noise. Would definitely stay again!

The premise was immaculate and the staff was helpful at every opportunity. My only issue was that it was that the “suite” was very tiny.
