They don’t have hot water it’s fine because Cartagena is very hot. Shower in my bathroom very poor water no good for shower. I think every hotel should have a bottle of water don’t need to being big Is a sugestión they could charge

The hotel is very old, we stayed three hours with out light, two times. But is a good location if your are looking for a place to sleep and have a breakfast.

The building is a bit old but the hotel service can cover up in this regard. I recommend you go!

Staff is friendly. Breakfast is fine, although not a buffet you can have as much as you want and drink coffee or tea The location is central near the center and bus station. The hotel itself is worn out and completely outdated.. needs to be completely stripped and renovated on the inside. The elevator feels like an earthquake.

In addition to the good breakfast and service in the location, the hardware facilities and hygiene are really poor. It is not recommended to stay here.

The place is perfect to be in the entire center and with breakfast included even more so, there is no noise and the only thing is that there is no hot water, I think it is good for the price but everything is really perfect.

excellent service. The staff that work there are very friendly and helpful. the food is very good, the menu is varied and healthy. The hotel is very well located, which allows you to visit and get to know different places nearby, including the beach.

The hotel is central and cheap, but you get what you pay for, unclean place, door lock broken, mould in the bathroom, safety box with a key, weak internet. Don’t forget to look after the safety box receipt you might not get your deposit if you don’t show it.

Couldn’t complain about anything. Staff were friendly, room was clean and had air conditioning, and there were no bed bugs to keep me up at night. They even had a firework display outside the room at the end of the night

The most horrible experience of my life in a hotel; dirty walls, door lock can be picked with a skewer, moldy pillows, moldy bathroom, dirty towels, dirty sink; the hygiene of the room is very poor and unsafe. Nothing compared to the advertising photos on the hotel’s page.

Structure left from the 70s, never renovated and in a poor state of maintenance, the only positive flaw is its location a few hundred meters from the clock. Obscene rooms with broken or dirty glass, peeling walls. Public bathrooms are better, only cold water. Breakfast served as a buffet in a restaurant with old and unwelcoming furniture. The friendly staff changed our rooms as requested. Stay from 15th to 19th February

Big surprise. Excellent location. The best thing is the staff. always ready to help and good humor. It is a hotel that is being remodeled. The first room they gave me was good, but then they told me they were remodeling and they changed me to a super nice room with a view of the central town and the sea in the background. The breakfast is worth it. It's GOOD. I hope to return to Cartagena and repeat
