Tanggapan dari Properti: The property is located inside Ciputra World 2 area, where Ascott Sudirman, Tokopedia tower, the Suites and Orchard Tower (i.e. our property is in Orchard tower), are co-located. This is prestigious high-end area, definitely not a slum with extremely tight single road shared by pedestrians as written by the guests (mr Tan Eng Teck and his girl friend). Ascott will not choose this location if it is a slum. We think the guest has wrongly put the address, thus Grab driver can not find it. We try to appeal to the review twice, providing photos and videos intentionally taken for this clarification, i.e. the road and entrance to Orchard tower, but trip.com do nothing. We also explain that in other similar platforms, no such complain ever received by us after many years of hosting our property. Regarding the review says that if you shower, the water gets all over the floor, we need to clarify that we do provide shower curtain, and it has been a standard practice to pull if before showering, to prevent water gets all over the floor. The guest must have neglect the use of the shower curtain. Regarding a small dirt on the water machine as shown in the photo, that is the outside part (bottom) of the machine, and it is very minor, and so do with the small crack on the ceiling which now has been fixed. The drinking cups and jug are cleaned every time, and we will ensure still doing so. We also use AQUA for drinking water, which is ISO 9001 certified. We hope this clarification will help future guests not to doubt of choosing our place, we do care on quality and comfort to the guest. Thank you.

Tanggapan dari Properti: The breakdown of aircon is due to hardware/thermostat error, it is really beyond host control, and it happened at day 2, aircon is completely normal at day 1. But now, the thermostat sensor have been replaced and problem permanently resolved. We already apologized to the guest by offering free mini bar throughout his stay. The toilet also has gone through a deep cleaning, now it is completely clean.
