Hermoso lugar para hosped**** muy recomendado, las personas que atienden son muy amables, la habitación muy cómoda, exelente servicio 100% recomendado para unas excelentes vacaciones.

Hotel is in a relative quiet part of Getsemani, across Osh Hotel. Attended a conference and for the last night the conference hotel (Osh) was full. Room was very basic and clean. Internet and AC worked perfect. Some rooms do not have a window, my room had one but the view is inside the hotel and there was no glass, so kept it closed. Did not try the breakfast, because had to leave early to catch a flight. Mini markets, restaurants and bars on walking distance. A laundry is adjacent to the Hotel.

I had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable and if you bring in a guest from outside there is a small fee. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

I just recently stayed here for 7 nights. I have to say, the rooms are incredibly clean. They have everything that you need: towels (changed daily), bed, desk, functional bathroom, and a working safe for your valuable items. This hotel also has good wifi and no shortage of hot water (which is hard to come by).The property is located in Getsemani so you can walk pretty much anywhere with endless restaurant choices. However, the bed was hard as a rock. So hard, in fact, my hips and back were sore for the whole week and it interrupted my sleep. The hotel is very loud and with big gaps in the trim around the doors, the sound comes right into your room. Breakfast was ok-limited choices (which I totally understand) the coffee was very good, but the glass of juice given to me had ants crawling around the rim of it.

The room was spacious for three people, but the restroom is very tiny. The hotel, specially, the rooms need improvements. It is located in Getsemani, near by a very stormy, and nosy street where people stroll along the whole day. Let me recommend do not, by no means, allow you to assign you rooms on the first floor, the kitchen is right in the middle of the property and the absurd noise wakes you up starting around 5:00 AM.

Boa localização em Getsemani, perto de vários restaurantes e bares, ruas coloridas e centro! Dizem que tem água quente, mas não funcionou a maior parte do tempo, quando funcionava era muito fraca a água, impossível de lavar o cabelo. Eles tem secador de cabelo para emprestar. Infelizmente dei azar e fiquei no quarto com porta pra recepção, ou seja, quase zero privacidade e barulho sempre, pois dá pra ouvir as pessoas e carros passando na rua, além das pessoas falando na recepção! Wi-fi funcinou bem todo tempo. Café da manhã bem simples, uma fruta e ovos com pão e café! É feito na hora, não é buffet! Pessoal da recepção sempre muito simpatico e atencioso, parabéns a equipe, tanto as meninas, quanto o rapaz mais novo que fica a noite!
