There was construction work next to the pool so it was impossible to swim. It was so loud and they worked the whole morning. On the day that I checked out I asked ro use the pool after check out. It was completely empty but she said I had ro pay a supplement. I have never had a hotel refuse to let me use the pool after check out especially if it was empty. The noise was so bad. I asked them for a discount and they didn't give me any discount or compensation. The WiFi didn't work half the time

Cannot recommend this hotel and staff enough. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Helped my nan and looked after her when my grandad was sick in hospital in Columbia. The hotel is also spotless and provides a lovely breakfast. We are very grateful for the kind staff.

La atencion excelente, desde la recepción hasta el personal encargado de la alimentación. Siempre que regresábamos encontrábamos la habitación impecable y toallas limpias, buena ubicación, no tiene agua caliente pero esto no es un problema porque el agua de por sí sale tibia debido a las altas temperaturas así que esto no resultó un problema. Volvería a hospedarme aquí si regreso a Cartagena.
