The photos misrepresented the feel and quality of the place, especially our room which was nothing like the photos online. It was a good value in comparison to the offerings, but I would try somewhere else next time.

At first it seemed a bit sketchy by the area at night when first arriving but afterwards in the morning it was better and seemed nice. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was one night with noisy people outside. Its close to restaurants and the beach.

I arrived for my stay late, straight from the airport around midnight. I was just about to go in a shower after a long transatlantic journey (3 connecting flights), however the the power went off and did not come back on until 7.20am when someone came to switch on the generator.
No tv, In complete darkness. Couldn't see anything, couldn't charge my phone. No wifi. Very disappointed.

I stayed in the apartment section. The property was outdated and needed a facelift. The kitchen could have been more stocked with a sharp knife there were only butter knives. The door did not have a screen therefore the bugs came in. I requested a screen but they did not bring one. I had to hang up a beach towel over the door. The beds were very comfortable. The location was very noisy since it was near the highway and main road. The neighbors were very noisy. The staff were phenomenal and very accommodating as much as they could be.

Our welcome was a nightmare. We stayed sitting on a beach chairs on the lobby the whole night. Our room 7 was floated. I called the call center explaining my situations asking for a new room. After 10 AM we were assigned to a new room.

When we arrived the toilet wouldn’t work and the shower was drops of water. We sent a message and called the employees to which they barely responded. They told us they’d call us back in 10 minutes and then never did. The next morning (only 1 night stay) they asked us if the same issue was happening, obviously it was.
They said they would send a technician to look. We showed the technician and he left and then we still never got a respond how they would compensate us for such an awful stay.
