For over 8 years, I stayed at this hotel many, many times and there was never a parking charge. We stopped going in 2021 because property had gone downhill. It was renovated so we decided to try it again on a recent trip to Carlisle to visit family and deliver my Mom’s ashes to Ft. Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Since a new investment company now owns the property, they decided to start charging for parking for the 15+ years old lot with no enhanced security, no valet, and no garage - it’s just a money grab. I don’t mind paying for parking when necessary but it wasn’t in this case. The charge plus tax is $5.43 a night. It’s an additional 2.3% add on to the bill. The manager might waive the fee but only if you ask. She didn’t like my negative attitude so no waived fee. The staff was nice and the pool and jacuzzi was working for a change but the pre-made waffles were a turn off. I’m a long time Marriott member and stayed at Marriott properties throughout my business career. Carlisle has many more hotel options for my next visit.

General Manager Gretchen Pasturan is a charming and determined problem solver. We can't give her too many accolades - she is tops! We employed the guest laundry, and enjoyed a comfortable room with fullsize coffee maker. There could be more overhead light in the kitchen, and the breakfast was good but not memorable. Still, just what we needed for our one-night stay on the road. The location is immediately off the I-76 exit.

I have stayed here numerous times. I have stayed alone as well as with groups. The staff here has ALWAYS treated me like family! From the staff running the morning breakfast bar, to the housekeeping staff, to the front desk staff, I always feel like I'm talking to a member of my family! This past visit I brought 16 others to feel the warmth of this property. Kudos to GM Gretchen Pasturan on having such a fine staff!! I don't impress easily...I'm impressed!

Overall not a bad hotel. They might have hidden cams at this location. They put me on a "do not rent " list because they said "we have video evidence that you damanged the lamp shade. We discussed it with the mgr amd exe group and have decoded not to rent to you anymore." It was a small.glass lamp shade, lady get real. And the video evidence, were you watching me in my jockstrap after coming back from the gym and looked at the hidden cam and saw me break something?? On purpose? 15$ at most. Next time keep the rooms at normal temps. My room will be ready for normal skin tones. Anyways i dont care, this hotel is one of many.

My son had a baseball tournament in the area and our whole team chose to stay here. The pros of this hotel are that the rooms are spacious and clean, and my children loved the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was pretty lenient as the children took over both the pool and basketball areas and could be somewhat rowdy at times. Unfortunately, there are many cons to this hotel with the foul smell being the biggest. There must be a sewer plant located nearby as the sewer is extremely strong and unpleasant. Also, one should know that the area doesn’t have much to offer other than some fast food joints and gas stations. I did hear that 10 minutes away there is a decent downtown with some better food choices. I’m not sure if there are any nicer options in the area but the smell was so off putting that I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel is newer and seems to have nice amenities, but the staff is poorly trained and can’t answer any questions. There are 2 guest laundry machines to use - both were broken. Would have been nice if staff had offered to let me use the machines behind the front desk since we had counted on doing laundry on this stop. Or better yet, make sure at least one machine works since guests may be counting on this. There is a printer in the lobby that seems to have an option to email a document to print (to avoid having to log onto a public machine to retrieve the doc from my email). The staff had no clue how to use this feature and there were no instructions anywhere. Staff was nice, but didn’t seem to know how anything worked. The hotel is a good value but they’re missing the service aspect.

Great place to stop when traveling. Convenient location. Clean, modern, quiet, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast with lots of options and the staff is so nice and helpful. We’ve stayed here multiple times over the years and it never disappoints.

I live in Virginia, but my daughter and fiancée live in Denver. The wedding was 25 August and the kids were driving from Denver to VA to prepare for the wedding. I help them with rooms as they travel and they stopped in Carlisle. I arranged the room, had a brief chat with Christian at the front desk, informed him of my daughter checking in on MY reservation, and I told him what the reason was: Their wedding. When my daughter got to our home, she was simply amazed at what she thought I had set up. The hotel was wonderful, check in simple, clean and neat, and very welcoming. Along with the usual Marriott amenities, they found chocolates on their pillows; swan shaped towels on the bed; two single bottles of champagne; and a note of congratulations on their upcoming nuptials!! Credit has to go where credit is due. Christian, the awesome Marriott Associate, THANK YOU for making their brief stay so memorable. As always, as a Titanium Elite member of Marriott, I am once again 100% pleased on how I, and my family, are always treated. It's why I always say...I will never stay anywhere else. 6 Stars out of 5!!!

We stayed here on twice on our recent Roadtrip and we were greeted by Christian who was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, freshly cooked eggs and sausage, make your own waffles, muffins, cereals, fruit and yogurt. We enjoyed our stay
