Ulasan The Malcolm Hotel

Stayed one night with the family. Great location, free parking and the service was excellent. Kids loved the swimming pool. We had dinner at the Stirling, the sunday prime rib buffet was great value, kids eat for free. Would come here again in the future.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positives, a few details left me disappointed. The hotel is new and very clean, which was great to see, but unfortunately, it fell short in some areas. One glaring issue was the table soccer in the game area – it had no balls, making it completely unusable. This might seem minor, but it’s frustrating when advertised amenities are incomplete. Additionally, many of the amenities felt incompatible or poorly thought out. Whether it was the plugs, chargers, or other facilities, things just didn’t work smoothly or as expected. Overall, while the cleanliness and newness of the hotel were impressive, the lack of attention to detail with amenities made the stay less enjoyable than it could have been.

Room is spacious and clean, convenient location, staff is friendly. We had great time staying at this hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel in Canmore.

一如既往的喜歡，已經是第二次來這家酒店了，前台給的房間正中間，非常滿意，泡着按摩浴池對着落基山脈的感覺真的很棒，服務也很好，除了價格貴，其他沒毛病，Canmore 就是個寶藏小鎮，不比 班夫差！不過酒店的餐食還有改進的空間

環境優美，房間乾淨舒適，温泉池景色很棒，泡湯後特別放鬆。另外早餐需要付費，總體是一次非常享受的體驗，下次再見。

環境超美，酒店很不錯，房間設施都很精緻舒適，陽台三姐妹山景漂亮，床品舒適，前台服務好，旅遊訊息諮詢服務也好，酒店門前景色超美！

酒店環境很好，可以望着美麗的落基山脈泡温泉，離main st很近，走路可以過去，房間乾淨整潔，二樓有娛樂設施

環境優美.服務周到.衞生乾淨，值得再次入住。餐廳食品美味，食物品質極高。

酒店是復古風格，寧靜衞生，小鎮很優美，周邊像個大公園，特別推薦。

前台的職員不太友善，面口不太好。（個別職員！） 設施方面都多種類，不錯。 Check in 時間太遲，下午4:00, 而Check out 時間太早，上午11:00, 以價錢來說，不太值。 我住的房間是2樓，近泳池一排，每日都聽到樓上住客行路聲，不知道上層是不是沒有鋪地氈，隔音不好！
