Very good staff in administration the best hotel in the city

It was a good hotel, very comfortable, I had a good rest! Would come back for sure!! The gym all facilities are clean and organized! Liked

The hotel staff is very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and is of good quality. The hotel's pricing is reasonable and competitive with other hotels in the area. The location of the hotel is not ideal as there are not many shops or restaurants nearby. However, there is a mall within a 10-minute walk that has several western fast food chains such as KFC, Subway, and McDonald's.

The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The room is very clean and will be cleaned everyday. I will definitely come back again!

The hotel is falling apart, we used to love this hotel back in 2013, and in 2018 but now in 2024 it is not to the standards as it used to be. The toilet was broken, the airco had to be fixed. And the wifi wasn't working properly. Also we had problems with our door. And it was such a shame that people were smoking in the hotel, it was to be smelled everywhere, it was a pity, really! On the other hand, and to be positive, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast had a lot of food (buffet). And your not far from Cangzhou station, your also near a mall with great nightlife and dances, the hotel architecture looks FANTASTIC on the exterior and personally also the interior (only the lobby). It looks like a palace. They also have ammenties such as stores, restaurants, gym, etc... If I were to improve upon this hotel, I would suggest to maintain the hotel rooms, hallways, and to have the hotel more alive, as I saw several shops closed as in not operating anymore. Everything summed up, should you stay in this hotel? Well it depends, if you are willing to put up with all this negativity, then go ahead! But if you NEED your device for working abroad, then try to find another hotel, such as holiday inn in the same city. It all sounds super exciting but it also comes with negativity. Hope this helps!

Good Hotel clean, rooms are big, love the pillow which is rare in a hotel , breakfast with lots of choices, some western style.

The hotel location is excellent, the breakfast is good, a lot of variety, especially the hotel lobby manager Amy' service was professional. She was very supportive and responsive. Her English is good and her response was very fast. Overall a good experience and would love to visit again.

I came from Venezuela to Cangzhou to stay in Arcadia International Hotel, the location is superior, the breakfast variety, the room is comfortable, the assistant manager Amy for my enthusiastic check-in, Her smile, warm attitude and service made me feel at home, upgraded my room and sent me fruit and very quiet I like, during the explanation of the Cangzhou hotel products and culture, let me deepen the impression of the hotel, her English is very fluent, communication is barrier-free, for me to the room. During my stay, I caught a cold and asked for the thermometer from the front desk. Amy called me immediately and brought me ginger cola. It was so warm. My cold is much better. Check out and ask me about my stay experience, etc., when I left my backpack in the room, I deliberately tried to tell me and send out the hotel for me, I admire her for all her professional services, Because Amy here I will stay in Arcadia Hotel again.

Alcadia Amy's service makes me feel at home. I came to Cangzhou on business to book this hotel many times, with superior location, convenient parking, good environment, upgraded room for me, free courtesy, although the facilities and equipment are a little old but maintained well, the most important thing is to meet Amy, who has never been served enthusiastically. She makes me feel the highest state of service that Alcadia has never seen before, especially professional, and not for my own interests, giving priority to the guests.
