Very bad experience, even though the hotel staff were nice. Very, very loud noise, in the afternoon the restaurant downstairs and the jazz music in the restaurant can be heard very clearly, in the evening there is the noise of the roadside people throwing bottles. In the morning there is the sound of renovations, the hammering of hammers and the never-ending sound of drills. As if the decoration in your mind, if the hotel can rest and sleep in such an environment, I think it is no problem, the hotel needs to give guests a quiet and relaxing rest environment, isn't it? The hotel does not provide hair dryers, and when I found out at night, there was no one on duty, so I hope you know how difficult this can be for someone with long hair. 150 pounds faster price I don't know what else this hotel has compared to other hotels, only the location?

The location is so convenient, super near to Colosseum. Room is ok but the toilet is abit small. Service was good.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You can see the colosseum once you stepped out of the hotel. We took a train from the airport and then catch an Uber to the hotel. It was very convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It is easy to travel around Rome via the bus or metro. If we were to come back to Rome again, we will definitely choose this hotel. It was a very pleasant experience

不是很滿意，酒店在裝修，入住後又付了90歐的人頭費，家庭房還有一個人入住的麼？5歲的小孩子還要收費真是無法理解…酒店地理位置還可以 在鬥獸場附近，有一個網紅pizza店..房間不是很大..可能剛從尼斯過來 羅馬真的臟亂差…

忘記拍照了，這家是攜程推薦的！歐洲遊中唯一配拖鞋和牙膏的，房間也告別歐洲以往的小（房間還可以）！早飯不錯，客服也比較客氣！ 到米蘭教堂和地鐵很近，也比較安靜

沒有電梯，洗澡沒有熱水。從4點入住開始就反映，前台也不給解決，一直説問一下，也從沒主動聯繫我們，最後説修理團隊要第二天早上8點來。扯不扯？ 沒換房間，也沒熱水洗澡。應付我們説房間滿了，但網站上明明有空房可以預訂。

很好的住宿體驗。整個酒店就是一個輕奢風格設計的意大利老牌品牌。酒店前台小帥哥服務非常棒！贊一個👍當分配給我的房間在二樓時，我問到是否有電梯？小帥哥毫不猶豫地回答説，“我就是電梯🛗”，引得我哈哈哈哈大笑！太棒了👏賓至如歸的感覺。因為我們要入住4天，而早餐精緻豐盛，一切都是那麼的舒服體貼，餐廳內服務的意大利美女始終如一，非常甜美細心，悉心照顧好一切！酒店對面就有一個非常棒具有歷史年代特色的教堂。離鬥獸場也近在咫尺呀。離開時因為距離列車出發時間還早，委託小帥哥寄放行李，毫無問題。又擔心外國人叫出租車會被斬，打聽小帥哥去車站需要多少錢？回答沒問題，他會幫助我們解決，一通電話聯繫出租車公司客服，車到了還特地關照司機一番，果然下出租車時收費比他告訴我們的費用還要少。應該給各方面都是5顆星🌟👏衹要到羅馬我還會來！

來羅馬第一站選擇這個酒店不會有錯！離羅馬鬥獸場三分鐘走路的距離，酒店裝修也挺新，衹是歐洲的酒店普遍都偏小，兩個人住也基本夠了。 前台的小姐姐哥哥們很熱情，早餐也不錯～ 感謝攜程幫我退回了我的早餐費

酒店位置非常優越，距離克萊希姆角鬥場就幾百米，步行幾分鐘就到了，羅馬市區內的景點相對集中，步行都可以到達，酒店服務也很不錯！總體來説還是比較滿意的！

酒店很新，設施也不錯，在歐洲比較市中心的地方這樣的酒店算很難得了。離火車站很近，但是周圍的環境會稍微差一點。酒店提供spa，但是要提早預約，不然很難排上隊。
