Hotel in general a bit old and misses a lot of facilities, like pool bar, restaurant. Nice swimming pool area with lounge beds and infinity pool overlooking the sea. Regarding the rooms it was really good, very spacious, very clean, the bed was super comfortable. Only thing to point was the windows should be changed cause they are old and could hear the wind all night and also please put some blackout curtains, I had to sleep with eye mask cause of all the light coming inside the room in the morning. In general for 2 nights was pretty good for money

Мы заказали номер люкс, с выходом на бассейн, в номере воняло канализацией, мы попросили поменять его, номер поменяли, но также воняло канализацией, и плюс в номере такая сырость что все внутри мокрое, и грязное. Я такого ужасного отеля никогда нигде еле не видела да и еле за такую цену!!!! При выселении, потребовали 2313 песо, за то что постельное белье в немалом месте было испачкано, наверно из-за песка! Так как у них влажность такая что все вещи мокрые и не просыхают, да и везде всегда все отстирывают, это вообще не сказано, чтоб за это брали еще такие деньги! Это ужасный отель, никому не рекомендую!

Checking in with quick and easy upon leaving. We were told they were missing a facial towel and accuse us of stealing charge my credit card 60 pesos I will never stay here again. The hotel was pretty empty. This is a common thing they do if you read reviews on yelp.

Very quiet property and affordable and on zona hotelera wich I like best ocean view facing the Caribbean

I loved the fact that the property sits directly on the beach & has some amazing views. However, I’m not exactly sure this should classified as a “resort”. For starters, my balcony door didn’t lock & barely closed. There’s only 1 restaurant here & it closes at 8:00PM. Don’t even bother eating here because the food is terrible. You’re better off going across the street to the store or Navios (restaurant within walking distance). When I got ready to checkout, I had to stand at the desk while the clerk “checked” my room. After checking my room, he came back to the desk & tried to make me pay for a bath robe that was NEVER in the room. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money & stay elsewhere. This place just isn’t worth it. It’s rundown & needs serious renovations.

Staff was friendly! However the hotel needs some major work - feels so outdated and not very clean. The sofa in the bedroom was stained with some red substance and even the floors were gross. Beds were surprisingly comfy tho and the view was amazing but I didn't like the shared balconies with other rooms. I was cautious during check out because I got told they try to scam you at the end and try to charge extra for anything (Ex. make up on towels). Not bad for 1 night stay but only for the view and because I didnt even spend time in the hotel. Also no Wifi in the rooms.

Hotel is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Rooms were very nice. Unfortunately, wifi was very spotty and the phones in the rooms did not work. I was unable to communicate with hotel staff fir assistance with the wifi and laundry facilities.

The Cyan Hotel & Spa is an excellent place to stay due to its location and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Hop on the local bus for $1 and drops you off where all the restaurants are located. Thanks to Daniel at the front desk for his recommendations and amazing customer service..

The restaurant staff were amazing. The rest were not so helpful, and some had a hard time understanding English. I was very frustrated that the in room wifi was virtually non existent, even though I asked and confirmed two days prior to my arrival.

Leading up to our stay I was watching the reviews and was cautious based on other reviews people were leaving but kept our reservation and our stay for 6 days was absolutely excellent! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned daily and the facility was lovely! The restaurant was awesome with friendly staff, the pool and sea view was spectacular and with the bus and oxxo right outside, it was very convenient! My husband and I felt very welcomed and cared for, we highly recommend and will definitely stay again if we ever return to Cancũn!
