We loved this hotel, really close to downtown Cancun & can get a free shuttle to the beach zone if you want a day or two there. The staff were so friendly, really felt like they had your back. Once you've got your bearings it's so easy to walk to key places of interest. Was clean, breakfast was great with different options every day & our room was a good size and really comfortable 👌

The room is clean and tidy, with a bathtub, a balcony, a view of the pool and bar, and free parking. The breakfast is rich and the service is thoughtful. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and McDonalds near the hotel. Ice cream in McDonald's costs 20 pesos each, and it only costs 15 pesos in the small booth next to the bus station.

Breakfast was edible, and you can order omelets, quesadillas, waffles, etc. separately and leave a $1 tip. The air conditioner smells moldy, but it smells everywhere in Cancun. The room was squeaky, the bathtub was clean, and the pool was nice. I recommend it. It's great because you can walk to a good restaurant in 15 minutes and a supermarket in 8 minutes, and you can also take the ADO bus. Highly recommended!!

I drove to Cancun from Playa del Carmen with my friends. This hotel has large rooms, good service, and includes a hearty breakfast. It is worth recommending.

Not the first time. There are some nuances It is convenient if you are alone without luggage and you can get from the airport by bus to the bus station for 140 pesos and walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes. The hotel is certainly not new, but everything works. There is not enough blanket. I am always freezing under the air conditioner. And the pillows are also very bad. But the view is of the courtyard where the bar and pool are. And there is a balcony. There is a coffee machine. No refrigerator Good breakfasts. You can go out to the patio and eat leisurely. There are sun loungers by the pool. Also a plus Not far from the hotel there is a poke bar and a couple of other good places to eat. In general, it is inexpensive for one or two nights, considering the prices in Cancun, if you do not plan to constantly go somewhere.

High-end hotel in the city center. Very good breakfast (included in the hotel price) with lots of Mexican food. Brunch until 12 on weekends. Large rooms and good Wi-Fi. Good hotel service. Nice garden and pool with all-day bar and food service. About 10-15 minutes walk to ADO terminal and city center. There is a very good taco restaurant next to it. There is also a Mercado 23 local market to visit.

Very cost-effective. The room was comfortable. There is a Mexican restaurant on the right side of the hotel, which is delicious and cheap. Very good 👍🏻

It was clean and friendly. The location of the accommodation is good for going to other places. It is close to the terminal and the city bus stop.

The room is spacious, the central swimming pool is nice, and the breakfast is great. But the female receptionist at the front desk who wears big frame glasses is mean and has a bad attitude. I originally booked two rooms, but she said that she only booked one and gave me a room on the first floor. The room was very damp and had a damp toilet smell. The toilet was broken and needed to be repaired. I asked her to change the room upstairs, but she said there was no room and we could only wait for it to be repaired. Later, the room service staff took the initiative to tell us to change the room on the second floor. After I found my order showing that I had booked two rooms, I went to the front desk and found another male receptionist at the front desk. The male receptionist took the initiative to help us change to two adjacent rooms on the 4th floor. She said to her boss in Spanish with a blank expression that we were in trouble and had changed several times. As a result, my child knows Spanish and translated it for me on the spot...
