Great location with easy walk to all the key places. Clean and tidy with friendly and efficient staff. The decor is old and tired but you have to say that it is reflected in the price. Everything worked and the linen and towels were good. AC and WiFi were old fashioned but effective

I booked this through ******* for a next day stay for 3 nights by mistake and put a cancellation in within 2 minutes.
******* said they couldn't get hold of the hotel and it would take 72hrs to reply.. i recived a reply in over 72hrs to tell me that they wouldn't exept and refund my cancellation.

The hotel is not what you expect. All photos and reviews are from 3 years ago now. Now the rooms are dirty, the toilet mouldy, the sheets have hairs and bugs. The reception is i efficient and not kind. It's a place that, after covid, now seems abandoned. Not recommended.

Impensable d'être 3 étoiles!. Chambres donnant sur un couloir, moquette sale et tachée, trou dans le mur, parquet usé, plafond de salle de bain noircie de moisissures, personnel ne comprenant pas l'anglais, ascenseur en panne, bref hôtel à éviter!

Bien situé, c'est le seul atout de cet hotel sale (linge de la chambre et du restaurant), bruyant. Chambre très défraichies et mal équipées. Les prises des lampes ne correspondent pas ave celles du mur. La literie est médiocre. Le rideau de la fenêtre masquait en fait un couloir de service et un ascenseur (comment la chambre est-elle aérée?). Le tapis de bain était si immonde, que j'ai pris une serviette de toilette à la place. Le linge était grisâtre et élimé. Aucune insonorisation : des Chinois ont crié et circulé bruyamment jusqu'à une heure tardive et de bon heure le matin: j'ai du dormir 3 heures. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre, avec très peu de choix et non réassorti à 7H30, alors qu'il finit à 9h30. Il ya très peu de places pour s'installer. Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes et tout le monde a fait le même constat. Nous n'avions qu'une hâte : partir! Heureusement que ce n'était que pour une seule nuit.
