Muy buen servicio de aseo recepción el personal muy formal es algo sencillo pero muy agradable lo recomendaría al que quiera viajar y desee algo cómodo y de buen precio estuvimos 5 días y la pasamos genial

Das Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen, Dreckige Handtücher, dünne Wende alte Ausstattung und so weiter das einzige was gut wahr die Lage und die nette Dame im der Rezeption.

Don't even think about it ...if you have children..there is MOLD...I am traveling a lot on the Island..usually I stay in four to five hotel's a week ...in any category..but THIS place is beyond anything I have ever encountered..just check the images...its not worthy...its not healthy... Management doesnt care at all...

Booked for 5 nights. Checked in, no restaurant, no laundry and no parking, all these amenities are listed on their website snd every booking site that sells their rooms. CLEAR FALSE ADVERTISING!!! Very very LOUD, street noise and other guests will keep you up ALL NIGHT!!!! Avoid this place!

DONT GO - VERY LOW HYGIENE The room was super dirty, they didn’t even emptied the rubbish from the previous guests. We requested the room to be cleaned again they were rude and told us that it had been cleaned already when it clearly didn’t have. By the third time we asked and after showing them pictures of the dirtiness of the room they did clean the apar**ent slightly better though the floor was still dirty as well as dusty and sticky counter tops. As a plus we found several cockroaches im the flat and adjacent areas such as stairs etc.. and there was no pest control or roaches traps. It’s super expensive for the lack of hygiene and the bad customer service you get. Definitely don’t recommend!

Bed sheets not clean

Muy mala experiencia. La puerta estaba cerrada y hay que llamar por teléfono para que te abran la puerta, la recepcionista casi no hablaba español. Cuando haces la reserva pone que el desayuno está incluido y al llegar ahí dijeron que no. La habitación estaba sucia, la cama mal hecha, las almohadas eran dos cojines finísimos. Al final ni nos quedamos ahí, y nos dijeron que no reembolsaban el dinero porque habíamos subido a la habitación.

El peor antro que hemos pisado nunca, eso sí la web está muy bien echa para engañar y parecer lo que no es, reserve habitación con bañera, en la habitación estaba la cama de matrimonio con la de nuestros hijos, no era un apartamento familiar como te dice la página vas a reservar, no tenía bañera, ante la queja nos cambiaron, comenté cual era horario de desayuno bufete y el personaje con chanclas que había en recepción me dijo el desayuno que desayuno, no hay servicio de desayunos eso es en temporada alta , a partir del lunes le devolverán el suplemento del desayuno,la tv está solo de decoración no da señal, internet no saben que es, al hacer el check out después de esperar 20 min en lo que se supone es la recepción nos hemos ido al igual que otra habitación que se fue igual sin que lo atendieran, imaginamos sabían la hora de salida , de nuestra habitación , porque éramos 4 gatos allí, precio de esta estafa 96€, hotel villa bárbara, regentado por una familia de europa del este, también gracioso que nos dicen anoche se nos compensara tanto fallo con un descuento para otra vez, quien narices querría volver a un antro asi , no se fien de las webs , ese fue mi error reservar por ella en lugar de otra plataforma

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht worden. Den Erfahrungsberichten im Internet zu Folge bin ich vom aller schlimmsten ausgegangen. Unser Zimmer 203 war wirklich gut,. Das Bett 1a, Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Möbel sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber da wir sie nicht genutzt haben, war es Ok. Ein Safe war im Zimmer. Das junge Mädel an der Rezeption war unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist wirklich keine 2 min vom Strand entfernt. Die Einkaufspassage ebenso. Frühstück im Hotel haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir außerhalb gegessen haben. Der Aldi war max 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.. Alles in allem der perfekte Kurzurlaub. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, definitiv nochmal hier hin zu kommen.
