Budget hotel! Rooms - clean and tidy, in need of a refresh and upgrade (old style bedding/decor, paint chipping off walls, mould on shower curtain, limescale around taps/shower head) Huge balcony which was nice to sit on in the evenings. Pool - clean and tidy, plenty of sun beds and space, pool areas nice (toilets on pools side could do with some TLC) Food - if you’re fussy you will struggle. Me and my husband have done a variety of all inclusive from 2 star to 5 star over the years and this is very basic food options. Always had salad, chips, pasta and a fish/meat option but was all pretty bland. We ate out a lot more than we had hoped for but didn’t bother us as plenty of nice restaurants within a short walk away. Beach - nice small quiet beach 5-10 mins down the road and then another 2 x beaches in the next around down around 20-25 min walk away. Lots of steps (we didn’t care) however if you have mobility issues would be a huge issue! Overall pleasant enough but deff for more ‘on a budget’ holiday. First of all: when going to this hotel, you should be aware that people with mobility impairments or other mobility problems, this hotel has a lot of stairs, ups and downs. While there, one woman was seriously injured and the administration even had to call an ambulance, and a couple in which one person was visually impaired also had problems. Only after that, warnings were posted everywhere near the existing stairs. The hotel itself is asking for more serious repairs and furniture renewal (furniture is already quite worn). The environment is simple and nothing stands out. Staff: there is a feeling of slight indifference-relaxation, there are too many serving staff in the restaurant (the restaurant is a simple canteen, I wouldn't dare to call it a restaurant), because some are just lounging around or playing the role of observers towards the diners. The food wasn't bad, you won't go hungry, but there won't be anything special. As far as we have noticed, the rooms are cleaned every other day, if you can call it cleaning or cleaning: the floor is simply wiped with a wet cloth, the beds are remade if necessary, and that's the end of it. It is true that the balcony has necessary cleaning supplies - you can clean it yourself. Bed linen was changed once every seven days. There is no animation or we didn't see it. Overall, the hotel is of average level, quiet environment, in a small village with several shops, restaurants, taverns, in line with the economic concept, suitable for people who want to travel around Tenerife and spend the night on not quite comfortable beds when they return. Suggestion to the hotel administration: although maybe your concept is a collection of old furniture in the rooms, but please be sure to change the mattresses in the beds and replace or restore the furniture in the living room and kitchen areas. Otherwise, your level as an average hotel will drop to an even lower level. We would think twice about coming in, except after the repairs suggested and carried out. Absolutely disgusting place to go. Service is awful. Staff are rude. I would get better food in prison. Avoid this hotel. I appreciate its 3 stars but it needs to be *****ped off all stars. I travel 2 -3 times a year, and this is the worst experience I have ever had. DO NOT SPEND YOUR WELL EARNED MONEY IN THIS DUMP.

We got here, firstly the toilet didnt work, top clean off and pouring water all night, went for breakfast the next day to be told we had missed it, 7-10 advised, 7-9.30 actually, the bar staff speak to people like absolute 💩....television in the room as was smashed as was the fron door, taped to the wall....to top it off i went down to the reception to say i was worried about my friend due to a break up and to ask for a spare key for his room to be told rhey wanted €35 for a spare!! Wow! What a hotel, outdated by miles, needs a lot of work and deffinately new staff going forward...

Average but a few aspects let it down. The food was a key reason for the bad rating. Most of the food felt inedible. The crowd in the hotel were rough. A lot of steps and is very tiring walking around even me being a young fit person. The hotel was very relaxed about security and had many ways of entering the hotel without question.

Sitting on our balcony before we leave tomorrow. Room 224. Don’t pay any attention to the bad reviews. You get what you pay for. We came away for a cheap week and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment, yes it’s maybe not fancy but it does the job. Spent years paying for high end hotel rooms you are never in. The AI drink was fine usual spirits and beer. The food again can’t complain everything was tasty burgers chicken salads chips etc even a microwave for those who wanted to heat up food but would say they catered for everyone. We didnt have any evening meals in as the price we paid for holiday thought we would eat out. These included Ganges Indian, soprrssa sopressa and sangria-la good British food and very reasonable. Give these guys a break they are hard working always pleasant will defo come back.

The apartments are infested with ants and cockroaches, rooms only cleaned every 2nd day, clean towels only given every 2 days. 100 stairs at least to go to restaurant obviously same back up. It was stated nightly entertainment there was nothing but a cd playing full week. Food was cold 5 minutes after being put out and was basically the same every day. States mini golf doesn't tell you it's on a steep hill and looks like 2 year old built it. We just home and feel like we need a holiday more than ever. Don't want any other family wasting money on it

After reading the reviews I was quite worried. Walking into the hotel on arrival my worries immediately went away. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. It was clean and smelt fresh and nice. The rooms are basic, really need updating but you only sleep in there so not a major issue as they were clean. The food was OK. I struggled on breakfast as they seem to cater mostly for Europeans, but I found a nice restaurant that did proper English breakfast down the road from the hotel called eclipse and that was lovely. Lunch and dinner were good. Not a lot of variety but always something to eat. You need a euro coin in order to get a reusable cup from bar. I was quite annoyed because after a long flight and having no change they did refused to serve me which I thought which really bad especially on an all inclusive which I had paid for. This was really my only complaint. The shop onsite is quite expensive so we walked to the supermarket at bottom of the road. I wouldn't recommend getting a taxi.into Adeje as this was about 18.euro each way so we asked the hotel and they told us about the bus. Cost 2 euros each and again the stop.is down the bottom.of the road opposite the supermarket. The pool area was really clean and there are 3 pools and lots of sunbeds, however they could do with more parasols. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you have mobility issues as there's stair everywhere but overall I loved it. I've booked this morning to return in September. The hotel rooms are very worn, but clean. The downside to the hotel(which is not their fault) is all the steps. Nearly killed me going to the restaurant, bar and pool. The restaurant is more like a canteen, food was cooked quite well but such a lack of choice Basically the same everyday. Don't get me wrong we didn't starve lived on salad. Didn't find the staff through out the hotel very friendly, again that could be because of the badly behaved Brits at the hotel. Found it strange that the bar closed on the dot of 11pm, no chance of even buying another drink. The security guard could be quite rude. Wouldn't go back because of the steps.
