Air Conditioning needs to improve !

El servicio es muy bueno reservé una habitación para 3 personas no me acomodaron esa noche como lo había reservado pero al día siguiente el gerente del hotel me dieron una noche de cortesía

Habitaciones grandes y limpias, muy buen servicio

房間內挺乾淨的，出行也比較方便

Es un excelente hotel con un equipo de empleados que están dispuestos a tener una a brindar la mejor ayuda al huésped, limpieza total en todo.

這個酒店就不要掛上什麼hilton了吧，衹能説便宜吧，客户推薦的檔次低也是怪我自己了，但是周圍環境還是可以吧

The room was a little bit small and the mattress makes a lot of noise. I let the receptionist know about the mattress condition and hopefully the management take care of this matter.

Situated in a walkable, beautiful, friendly and safe neighborhood The Hampton was the perfect place for my first visit to Colombia. Not to mention the staff is excellent and the free breakfast is fantastic. Cali is hot so the air conditioning and rooftop pool are a huge plus.

Hotel was nice. I didn't like that they didn't refund the entire 3 nights I had to do an early checkout, although I have already stayed for 6 days. They claimed I had to pay a one night penalty. So I only got 2 nights refund. These were full price nights and no label saying non-refundable was displayed when I booked. This is the first time any hotel has done that whenever I happen to do an early checkout. I can understand the one night penalty for no show. But for early checkout too???

Best location, nice neighborhood supermarket downstairs, walking distance to amazing restaurants and boutiques, helpful staff.

Hotel is average but in a convenient area close to restaurants including a Crepes and Waffles directly below and parks. Gym has a bench, universal machine and dumbbells up to 20lb. there is a bike, elliptical and 2 treadmills. Top floor has a pool and a hot tub that was drained at the time of the stay. Staff is nice, breakfast is a typical hotel buffet.

My visit was nice I hope next time you guys finished the construction of the pool..!! Everything was good very comfortable
