Too expensive for what you get. Old hotel in need of repairs. Won’t stay again. Much nicer hotels in Calgary for half the cost.

訂的時候覺得離Chinook centre開車就幾分鐘吧，沒想到真的就像青年旅館，半夜走廊裏客人動靜還很大，還好就一晚，堅持一下也就過了！

酒店位置真的便利（看了前面網友點評提示，才決定選擇），設施簡單但還是該有的都有了。早餐供應就有點“簡單”了，再加上入住時的“簡單”式接待，是不足之處（算是瑕疵吧）！

Nothing unique-its a motel
all was great except the fabric covered headboard had clearly been sprayed with something that left whitish cream spots all over. One did not want to imagine what it might have been.Certainly didnt look like any kind of cleaning agent. I have yet to receive my receipt.

The rooms were very nice as was the staff and service. Everyone was helpful and friendly. It was very noisy in the halls all night with people partying and yelling up and down the halls with doors banging closed as well as in the parking lot which is right outside of every window. Seemed like a party place to me.

Terrible beds and pillows, plugged bathroom sink and dirty small bathtub. Room smells of ****
Lobby stinks of **** and smoke.
Location is sketchy. Close to chinook mall
Screaming drunk and high people and a domestic fight next room at 2am. Slamming doors all night

I paid and did not stay there. Unsafe environment, dirty and took 40 min to check in when I told them I would not be staying and wanted a refund they told me to contact *******. Horrible experience!!!

The room was comfortable, pleasant and very clean, and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were very helpful and there were several restaurants close by. I would definitely stay there again!

The desk clerk was rude and wouldn’t let me tap my credit card so I didn’t even get my stay.

My company stays here multiple times a week… this stay there was a family checking in at 1 am and had their kids screaming and running around in the lobby which was so loud it woke us up. Nothing was done to try and settle the family from disrupting more guests. My husband actually had to go out to the lobby. Then the staff continually were slamming doors and banging what sounded like dishes around that was so loud it sounded like they were directly in our room. No sleep. And when asked about refunding our room or what could be done we were told to email the manager…
