We loved the style of the hotel, the staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful. Because it was an adult’s only it was a restful experience. The quality of the food is excellent. It was great not having to wander around to choose what you wanted to eat. The service provided was excellent.

Elba Palace is the most excellent Hotel. For years we have visited to enjoy all it has to offer. The staff are first class, the food excellent, and cleanliness is a high priory. Their customer service is second to none. It simply cannot be faulted in any way. On first arrival you are met by the wonderful reception team, and a glass of fizz accompanies the check in. At this point and though-out your stay you are made to feel very special. And this is down to ALL the staff. The rooms are traditionally and beautifully dressed and look over the very pleasing pool or magnificent golf course. Everywhere is spotless, made possible by the army of staff who work so hard. You would not be disappointed if you stayed at Elba!

Hotel was very good as you would expect for a 5 star. We did not go there for the golfing activities, as this was a quiet break for the 2 of us. The golf looked good and would be the main reason for going there as the location was a fair way out from the seafront bars and eateries. There was an infrequent shuttle bus as the walk was a considerable distance, but it did not run every day as expected when we were there. The breakfast was fine, and the evening meals were ok, but unfortunately we thought the selection of main courses was a bit disappointing, so we made up for it with the ‘help yourself’ starter and dessert courses. Overall it was nice and relaxing with a very pleasant pool to laze around during the daytime. Which was good as there was nowhere else nearby to go to. No small independent bar or cafe at all due to the remoteness.

This place is really like my happy place! It’s peaceful and beautiful! I don’t play golf but love watching over the green with a coffee in my hand! Swimming pool is lovely and tranquil. Sitting in the terrace of a night listening to a violinist is not my usual thing but was just beautiful! Staff are all lovely especially Anita on front desk nothing is to much trouble for her and makes us feel so welcome xx well done Elba

Second time at this hotel and it was just as good, maybe better than I remember from 9 years ago. All the staff were friendly and helpful, too many to mention. We arrived after dinner so a buffet was in our room for us, which was lovely. We loved the quietness of the hotel which is what we look for when booking. We walked down to the shopping area and beach a few times ( only took about 20 minutes) even though the hotel provides a shuttle bus.

Perfect for couples in search of a quiet, relaxing break. This is a fantastic hotel both in terms of amenities and service. The layout is spacious so it never feels crowded. Rooms are large and have lots of storage built in as well as the usual kettle, minibar, hairdryer etc. the bathroom is amazing with separate bath and shower, toilet and bidet behind a glass partition and double sinks. Bath robes, slippers and comfort items are all provided. Beds are massive and comfy. The best thing about this hotel is the service and staff which are both superb. You are greeted with the offer of a glass of bubbly and made to feel very welcome. The manager made an effort to visit guests regularly and we saw and spoke to her most days, including the last day when she insisted we keep our rooms for a late check out at 4pm instead of the usual 12 noon. Communal areas like the lobby have countless large comfy chairs and the courtyard is cool when you want a break from sunning yourself. The pool is very well maintained and has a life guard on duty. You never have to worry about finding a sun lounger or cabana, both are plentiful and free. Likewise there are always tables available for meals at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food is fabulous, we stayed half-board and ate something different each night as the menu is extensive. Cannot recommend it highly enough and I don’t even play golf. If you do, it’s perfect. We enjoy the 20 minute walk to the local shops and almost empty golden beaches but if you don’t want to walk there is a free shuttle bus around Caleta or alternatively you can take a hire scooter as they are plentiful throughout the resort. We will be staying there again soon.

We came here to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and have to say, we were not disappointed. The hotel lives up to its name with lovely rooms, pool area and surrounds. My only observation is that there isn’t much to do outside the hotel however, there is a free bus service to the shopping centre and if you want to get a taxi back, it’s only around three euros. We were here in “off season” time so there were only handful of people in the hotel which suited us fine! We will return in the future and I would give this hotel 10/10.

We have visited Elba palace on many occasions,you could say it's our second home. The staff are just one big happy family under the guidance of a wonderful lady called Pilar,who is so attentive to make sure everything runs smoothly. The welcome from Aneta is always with a beaming smile,another superstar of this amazing hotel. Whatever length of time you spend at the palace it's never enough,trust me. All in all a truly wonderful experience is guaranteed. We had the pleasure, on our recent visit,to meet mercedes the new general manager,we wish you well in your new position. This hotel never disappoints, this was our 4th visit and we stayed in the suite for the first time. Luxurious, spacious and super clean. We also did the dinner option for the first time and the choice was vast, but also had a buffet too for starters and deserts. What made it special was how kind and helpful all the staff were especially Aneta, the receptionist always smiling, happy to help and even had a bottle of fizz sent to our room.
