Stayed in other hotels in Calella and this one was by far the better. The rooms are smaller than expected but adequate . Very Clean and beds are quite comfy. Although pillows are terrible and no extra available in room. Maybe on request No tea/ coffee facilities either although I was informed a kettle is available for 20 € deposit. Fell short for 4* for me for these reasons. Also our room faced back end of building the view was dismal. Balcony was minute with room for tiny chair. Extra supplement for better views. Only booked B&B, food was good and plenty of choice, with fresh cooked eggs option. Roof top terrace is excellent with great views, beds & jacuzzi. Very clean. Indoor pool and spa nice to relax. There was no entertainment during our stay. Lot of guests playing cards. Although Maritim not to blame the hotel next door was very very noisy lots of shouting at night. Overall it is one of the better hotels. We had a good stay. Very clean, well presented and friendly staff. Be sure to book a room with a view and bigger balcony.

Highly recommended hotel in a very good location in Calella, just across the road and trainline from the beach, and just around the corner from lots of restaurants/cafes etc. Train station a leisurely 15 minute walk along the beach. Rooms were exceptionally clean and food very good. Roof terrace with jacuzzis and sun loungers. There's a useful video you can watch if you do a quick search. The land train stops right outside the hotel if you want to have a ride and save your legs! Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I’m not recommending this place at all. I booked the place for my Ironman race as my friend stayed here before. The room size was much more smaller than on the pictures, there was no AC, soap, shmapoo and only gave 2 towels for 2 of us (including shower, hand, face etc.) The receptionists are very rude, when I kindly requested my need the next morning as we arrived late, she was incredibly rude and she didn’t help at all. So please do not book at here.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. People in hotel are so nice and polite. Food,rooms,location, everything is really perfect. People on property, reception are so nice always smiling and ready to help . Im so happy i choose this place to stay and will again.

This is an honest review after spending 7 nights in with half board option, a family of 3 (2 adults and one child aged 5). The hotel is rated 4*, I would not class it as a 4*+, perhaps 3*+ based on the size of the room. The hotel has a pool on the ground floor (so cold as the sea at the end of May, beginning of June) , but a nice atmosphere. At level 7 there is an adult only area with 2 jacuzzis nice and warm, there is a splendid view, absolutely love it. But, the hotel has an interior pool and jacuzzi which are amazing when the water is cold in the sea and outside pool 🤩, not sure why it was not busy at all, but we used it every day and loved it!!! There is a sauna as well and some heated seats 🙃. The food was fab, great choices and different every day, even my very fussy daughter has found something to eat at every meal, loved it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, very nice and polite every time. The rooms are clean, there is no kettle and no coffee option (we didn't need it, but just for the people that are interested in this). The hotel is just in front of the beach, yes, there is the train track but.. this is all over Calella so you won't expect to get out of the bed on the beach anywhere here. Also, within walking distance you have shops, restaurants and basically everything you need. The balcony is tiny, indeed, I was a bit scared at first, but I got used to it 🫣. Also, one more pro is the fact that you're allowed to use the hotel towels at the pool (we were planning to buy some but it was not necessary) . There was no entertainment during the evenings and the children's soft play was closed. I would say that this place is more for mature people (and this is actually what you'll find in) and no so many things to do for kids (my daughter loved the inside pool and she didn not need much than that, buy if you look for more, then you'll be disapointed). We had a lovely time here and I would recommend this place to anyone not looking for fancy places, but decent clean, quiet hotels to enjoy Calella.

Efficient check in with a friendly receptionist. On asking about the room(I had requested a quiet room with a sea view on a top floor) I discovered I was on 1st floor side sea view. Receptionist was very accommodating and said there was availability on 6th floor but at an additional cost (€50 for the week) She allowed me to view both rooms but it was a no brainer-6th floor, sea view at the extra cost-well worth it. Very comfortable room. Great shower. Free WiFi. Small fridge a great bonus. There was a safe but at an extra cost-I would have thought 4*hotel it would be free. Lovely toiletries including sleep mask, comb, toothbrush and small toothpaste. Cleaning service was exceptional-Carina did a fabulous job-fresh towels etc. Breakfast was very good. Good choice of hot and cold. Pool was well maintained and had a pool bar which was manned day and night by lovely staff. Adults only area on rooftop was very relaxing with two hottubs and lots of sunloungers-no umbrellas! Great location. Beach across the road, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. All in all a great hotel. Will be back.

Amazing hotel, great location, excellent staff and service everyone was kind and helpful. Everything is close by and had a Wonderful experience. Booked 11 night’s and wish we could have stayed longer! Impeccably clean, the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable. The staff at check in was outstanding and any questions that we had they went out of their way to help us. We paid for breakfast with our booking which was very pleasantly surprised at the spread they had prepared. So many options, and all of it delicious. The staff kept the area clean, clear of dishes and were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel in a good location. A short walk to the railway station and right opposite the beach. All areas were spotlessly clean. Rooms are pleasant with comfortable beds and a good ensuite. Balcony was tiny with room for one chair. Food was very good with a variety of choices from the buffet. Dining room staff were efficient despite being few in number. The room safe has to be paid for. (Unusual I think.) I have travelled the world and rarely have had to pay for the safe. Some of the reception staff were very abrupt which is not what guests expect from a 4 star hotel. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The Reception staff and our cleaning Lady were friendly, helpful and efficient. A very good stay!
