Great hotel. Friendly staff. The food is excellent. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the hotel is really good and you feel like home. The entire hotel offers access to the SPA and is included in the price. The waiters and the entire reception staff are very friendly. The food at the pool is really delicious.

My daughter and I had a four night stay. Hotel was clean, great location and amazing view. We were bed and breakfast only. Breakfasts were fantastic. Evening entertainment also good. Room clean and comfortable. The pool was just the right temperature, almost exactly the same as the sea!

I stayed here solo in November 2024, my room was lovely with great views over the bay. The food was great, especially Breakfast, such a choice, room was spotless and all the staff from reception, bars, restaurant, pool side & chambermaids were friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from what I would say is the best hotel or one of the best we have stayed in. From the moment we were met at reception to checking out was a pleasure. Food is fantastic, plenty of choice and a different theme every night. Halloween was especially good. No need to place towels on loungers( one of my pet hates) as there was always plenty available. Hotel is in a great location for having a stroll to the next resorts,( Sa Coma and Cala Bona, even rented push bikes for a day trip to Porto Christo).10/10 for cleaners and all staff. The beach was very clean but unfortunately we only got to go in the sea twice as stormy weather put a hold on that. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to return one day.

We have just returned home from the most wonderful and relaxing 10-night stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, with a complimentary cocktail a lovely surprise! The whole hotel exudes opulence and style (and is extremely clean inside and outside!), and the staff are all so polite and helpful. We stayed on a half board basis - the food was of great quality and variety, with different themed meals every evening. Plus great drinks and cocktail menu! We managed to dine on the outdoor terrace every meal time, which had beautiful views of the outdoor pool and sea. The two ladies in the entertainment team were fabulous, and made our daughter, who was often the only English child at the activities, feel very welcome! We had a standard room with side sea view… only thing I would have changed is to have paid for a full sea view room, as the side view is mainly of the other buildings and road/bins. The room itself was lovely and spacious though, with plenty of storage room. Going at the end of October we never had a problem getting a sunbed around the pool… although the pool was very cold! Didn’t stop our daughter going in it every day though!! Also right opposite the beach, which was perfect! Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in prime position for beach & shops stayed for week in oct we was half board food very nice plenty of choice to eat staff very friendly & always on hand to help if you need it pool area was great plenty of sun beds if you want to stay round pool rooms very clean & fresh towels every day & cleaned every day very spacious & comfortable weather was brilliant aswell so bonus there would definitely go back to this hotel

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Food was very good with a wide choice to choose from. Although we knew it wasn't a adults only hotel , we really wasn't expecting the amount of children there. This was probably because it was so close to the beach. Couldn't even get a swim in the indoor pool ! We didn't really speak with anyone all week, as we appeared to be the only English people there. Not the English school holidays but apparently the German school holidays. Will have to choose our weeks more carefully next time!

Excellent stay at the CM Castell de Mar, for the second year ! Hotel is kept immaculately. Staff are very polite, friendly and most helpful. There is a good range of day and evening entertainment. Food hygiene and standards are high. Location in centre of Cala Miller is ideal for the sea/promenade and shopping !

Having first stayed here in the late 60’s and early 70’s as a young boy with my father I wanted to return to experience this hotel once again with my wife on our 35th anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warmth by Marc and Sergi, our premium room was ready on the 11th floor with the views I remembered well, although changed since a boy it brought back those memories. The staff here work exceptionally hard and the service is great. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were only bed and breakfast guests but I have to say the options available for breakfast were better than I have experienced in a long time. The bar staff ( Leo and co) work exceptionally hard and very long hours but always serve with a smile and nothing is too much trouble. The bar snacks are well prepared and very good, competitively priced against the local restaurants and the twice weekly BBQ offered a great selection of fresh fish etc. We had a wonderful time and have already booked to return next year. This hotel and its location give beach lovers the best all round position to enjoy a great Majorican holiday. The spa is also very good. This hotel deserves its 4 stars.
