Der Check-in verlief sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß und hell sehr schön. Restaurant ist groß und hat eine gute Auswahl.

Amazing hotel. We were really pleased with everything here! The whole holiday was great. We travelled 2 adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 3. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apar**ent and got block 8 (great location in the middle of the hotel so close to everything ). Reception was lovely- really fast check in and always available to help, great staff. Kids club we used 4 times and it was great. Very secure, book on the app the day before, great area and toys for the kids. There are 2 small play parks- ok for smaller kids for short time. Pools are great, lots of beds, no real need to reserve them, we always got one close to the pool even in afternoon. Food in main restaurant was really good. Great selection. The meats all fresh and it was great to see some available in no sauces etc for kids etc. tables were always available and had the option to sit inside or outside. Seperate section for gluten free/vegan. Snack bar had a small selection and I probably wouldn’t have chose to eat there every lunch etc but was ok for a couple of days across the week. Staff there were very good both at the bar and the cleaning. Slush puppies included in the all inclusive which was a great surprise. The shop was quite big and I really liked it being downstairs below reception- so it meant the kids weren’t attracted in all the time for toys, only when we took them down there! Had all the things we needed. Evening shows and entertainment team were great with the kids, all so friendly. I would definitely go back to this hotel- we are looking already! Loved it!

We stayed at the Mallorca mar from the 1st may - 8th may 2024 on our first holiday as a family with a baby girl aged 8 months. We arrived at the hotel first impressions - beautiful! Our room was ready on arrival ( receptionist gave us directions to the wrong block and wrong room) quickly sorted and we were finally in our room! On arrival, decent sized apar**ent ground floor which was great… until we realised the ants, we aren’t naive, hot country ground floor we knew we’d get a couple of creepy crawlies… I mean the balcony was COVERED. The bedroom floor.. again covered in ants. We spoke to reception and explained our baby was crawling etc they said they’d send someone to deep clean the room.. no one came. We woke up the next day to find the bathroom covered in ants.. asked for a room change.. refused again ‘we’ll send someone to deep clean’ no one ever came. It wasn’t just the ants, the cot was covered in.. well I wasn’t too sure (food, sick?) luckily I took antibacterial wipes! After speaking to the Tui rep we gave up asking and just kinda had the mentality of getting on with it and stayed out of the room as much as possible. We only tried the food once or twice, our baby isn’t on full solids and has an egg allergy, I couldn’t find anything apart from yogurt (which was only served at breakfast) for her to eat. Disappointing as they’re supposed to cater for Children.. the food was catered to other nationalities we aren’t fussy eaters but we couldn’t find anything we actually liked…even the chips were luke warm and tasted like old oil. we spent every night walking to Cala millor which is around a 20 minute walk, and always had beautiful food out. The entertainment was great and I felt they really put their all into it, for adults and children credit to them. Overall we made the best out of a not so great situation, I find it hard to believe this hotel is a 4 star. I feel as thought we went alittle out of season as the last night they did a “theme night” in the restaurant… and the hotel began to get a lot busier. when you pay alot of money, it felt disheartening to see they’d started to put theme nights on, and different foods to try. There are some lovely places to see in Cala bona / cala millor. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’ve got a small baby, perfect for older children that don’t mind eating doughnuts for breakfast! Not one to usually leave a review, but I felt it warranted one.

Stayed early May and honestly can't fault this hotel. Really friendly staff from the reception to the mini bus driver, always welcoming and helpful. The hotel is large with multiple blocks of apar**ents and are spread between a small back road but overall the choice of pools and the splash park make up for this. The rooms are very spacious and kept clean, a TV in each room, a bath and separate shower. The room also has a fridge, kettle and other equipment. Food wise was very surprising good! A theme night every 2-3 nights, we had Chinese, Mexican, British & German during our time. The days in-between gave a good choice but some days you found yourself eating pizza chips but that's not a bad thing! They also have everything labelled for allergies and a good vegan section. Couple of improvements, they really need another bar or expand the current one with more staff. We were in low season and they struggled! Would hate to see half term. Second thing is the hotel isn't on the beach as advertised, it does have a jetty you can jump into the sea from but no beach. If you want beach head 30 min walk down the road to Cala Millor (10 min by hotel ran mini bus). Overall, I fully recommend for families with young kids and would go back!

Our third visit and we're already looking at our fourth. It's a lovely resort, our kids were in tears as we checked out. You will never tire of the view from the main pool. The staff across the board are just great. Our daughter hid her teddy within her bedsheets and unfortunately it was swept up with the bed linen being changed. The staff on reception in particular Katerina and the TUI rep Thea made sure my daughter was reunited with her teddy. The TUI kids club and entertainment teams were absolutely brilliant. Special shout to Kim, Natalya, both Astrids and Phoebe. We cannot wait to return.

Amazing hotel especially for kids, has 3 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool, a softplay area and 2 playparks! The kids entertainment is very good too! Plus the main beach of Calla Mallor is 5 mins bus ride away! Everything was clean and the food selection for all inclusive was amazing! Would definitely book this hotel again. Our only complaint was that the free shuttle that takes you to the beach, is only able to take 7 people at a time, and you have to wait 20 mins for it to come back again. However the normal bus that stops opposite the hotel, isn't expensive and also goes to the beach, so it wasn't the end of the world!

Had a lovely week family holiday at Mallorca Mar. The hotel is clean and outside areas are kept to great standards. The rooms are very spacious and there is alot of variety for food for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Just a small walk from the hotel and there is a lovely port with shops and restaurants. The only thing I would complain about is a waitress called Eva, we were waiting for our table to be cleaned and new cutlery and we asked nicely if she could lay these for us as we have children that need to be fed. She ignored us and started laying another table. We then went and asked again in which she started raising her voice and walked over to our table and just threw down cutlery without even given them to us individually. Her attitude was disgusting and she shouldn't be working with public if that's how she deals with them. That's my only complaint, very rude!

Very nice and clean hotel. rooms were clean and nice. nice view from the balcony. large area with lots of green. hotel was close by the sea but no beach directly to the hotel. very child friendly. breakfast was super. lunch and dinner bit less. more than enough for everyone but a lot of the same returning after a few days. large animation team and i think good for the children . external entertainment was good. animation shows less. feels like they are performing for themselves and less entertaining the guests.
