Ulasan New Palace Hotel

This place is bare minimum and between the street noise and the packs of dogs that bark all night long it is hard to get rest. The mosquitoes were all over the room and I was covered in bites by the morning. The staff were very kind and helpful but the room is very run down and I did not take a shower because the set-up was bad. For $21 USD per night you can’t have high expectations and so remember that.

The hotel itself is basic. The room and other areas need a little work, but for the price that you pay, it’s worth it. And anyway, you just sleep there. What impressed me was the staff. I don’t have words how amazing the staff there is. I arrived with a toothache and they helped me schedule an appointment and I even got a discount. Every tour I wanted to do , they arranged it for me. The prices were affordable. Thanks to the staff, my before #1 ranked trip just got dethroned by this one. Very thankful to Kimo, Dr. Ahmed and Carlos for taking amazing care of me. Thank you for everything.

メトロや鉄道の駅まで徒歩圏内だがやや見つけにくい場所にある。老朽化したビルの上階部分にあり,到着すると写真通りの受付などに出会える。設備は古いがどれも使える。寒い時期で毛布があったのはありがたかった。蚊のクレームが多いのだろう。色々対策しているが,少々は諦めるのが吉。水場は広く,タオルも清潔で良い。

Great central spot to stay and fabulous help with assistance in booking trains, tours, trips etc.

Very Cooperative staff specially manager Mr.Mohamed Mounir. ( although they run a travel agency also but he never pushed me into buying his packages ).and assured that my stay was comfortable. Hotel is on 6th and 7th floor ( lift goes till 6th floor only ). Rooms were clean,spacious with fridge ,ac and TV. rooms were exactly same as shown in their website. Tea kettle was available on request. Breakfast was limited and ok. WiFi was OK. Some 20 kms from airport and 5 minutes walk from metro station. We get what we pay...

I have been lucky to travel to several wonderful locations around the world on an economy budget, and after staying at New Palace Hotel for the past week I can truly say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had anywhere! The staff here are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable with good TV, frig, Wifi, etc, the roof top cafe and housekeeping are very good, etc. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Cairo, and the staff are great with helping arrange tours and transportation. The experience at New Palace Hotel truly helped make my visit to Egypt a wonderful journey to this beautiful historic area of the world!

Me and my fiance We was having a very bad experience in this hotel. We was coming to the hotel with our bags because we was finding a good offer in *********** and we were asking for 2 sperate rooms because I am Egyptian and he is Italian and I understand that we can not stay in one room together. and then the woman in the reception was telling me there is no rooms available. But when my fiance start to speak that is more than 2 rooms available in the site she start to tell us ok I can book the rooms for you. She was asking for my Id and his passport and then she again told us that we can not stay because in my Id it is written that I am from Cairo. I don't know why she was making this because if women from Cairo are not allowed to stay in the hotel why you was not writing this in the site of the hotel. We are very disappointed form such racism against women.

the place is quite simple but what make it special for was the location...its serounded with coffeeshops restaurants and etc people who are working there are super friendly. although i dont remember names but the house keeper is nice.helpfull and smiling the girl at the reception at day time is happy to help the man at late night sheft is also happy to recomend you places to eat and giving me good information
