Very disappointed
make me in very trouble situation
the staff did not return us back the passport while we checking in and during check out.
it’s non sense! we left only 2 hours before departure. i called back to the hotel
no one pick up the call
i have to go back to the hotel by myself and bring back my passport
HOWEVER!!!!
the staff saw me so rush but don’t even going to apologize
finally i missed my flight out because i don’t have my passport!
stupid staff!!!!

Location was a little far from major tourism sites such as nile river and pyramids but better environment because of less air pollution and not crowded and quiet place.
This runs by military so that some staff in restaurant and reception act like an public officer who falls into deep mannerism haha but overall they provided good service.
The cleaneds was great enough.
We had issue with hot water in shower booth sothat we changed room.

At first they tried to give us a day use challet, then we got an old room with old matress: we both woke up with back ache.
This was not as beautiful and cosy as was our first visit.

It was good the rooms are big . You have enough space for everything , the atmosphere was good . But the songs are the festivals in the night delay a little so you cannot sleep very well

Best hotel I have ever stayed in my life , never had such level of service , there are worker everywhere and people ready to help you with a smile ever time you turn your head , the restaurants and the food was just amazing , i fell in love and if ever in cairo thats where I will stay ❤️❤️❤️

It’s close to the airport, great place to stay with a nice pool. There’s a seafood restaurant in the complex that I recommend.
