Average type accommodation.

Service war sehr einfach, direkt und unkompliziert. Sauberkeit war gut, Pool war top, nur die Ausstattung der Zimmer könnte man leicht verbessern. Durch Regale mehr Platz in der Kühlschrank Ecke schaffen. Aber sonst alles ziemlich perfekt. Bisschen weit ab vom Zentrum, aber okay.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff here and how well they treated me when I had a medical emergency and had to go to hospital. Our apar**ent was nice & clean. It was well priced and in a good location. Kitchen had a full size fridge and proper cooking amenities. A/C & ceiling fans throughout with a comfy bed. There is secure parking on-site with a nice pool & BBQ area. Big TV & we thank the previous guests who left their Netflix account for us to use! haha

Was a nice stay and great pool for the kids to dip n swim about in. Comfy beds and met all our needs.

Staff friendly and helpful. Made to feel very welcome. Pool is great. Self contained for a lengthy stay, very convenient.

Very shabby: many broken floor tiles in bathroom and main area, mean amenities, and the secure parking area was so difficult to manoevre in we decided to park in the street. A reasonable location but poor value for the money.

The management were more than helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious and of good upkeep. The grounds were well kept and the swimming pool clean and maintained. Just a few steps to the bus stops and shops. Only thing that needs attention in the studio apar**ent we had, was that the bathroom and shower were in need of renewal.

Lack of working powerpoints. Unsecure wifi Staying a long time means you need to provide your own toilet paper. Towels only changed on request. (Once upon a time fresh towels and toiletries including toilet paper would have been provided daily. I don't mind 3 days using a towel but one shouldn't have to ask. 3 people using the same toilet can get through toilet paper very fast.) Not good if your stay is long.

Likes: Well for starters I didn’t book my motel room my wife did as I was out at work, however seeing as though I don’t know cairns this motel is 2 km away from the main features (I had a bucks night to attend it was a very long walk), like the esplanade etc but there are fuel stations and shops close by. They do have secure parking that can only be accessed by PIN code which is an awesome feature especially since I had only purchased a new car. Dislikes: 1: I came home at 12 am from a bucks night went to the toilet had only quarter roll of toilet paper and no other rolls in the room and I didn’t want to wake the property owners at 12 am for toilet paper 2: Try and get a room on the top level as the bottom levels are noisey as 3: The parking bays need to be upgraded very little room to open doors etc 4: Air-conditioners need to be upgraded to split systems the room I had had a box air conditioner although it was remotely controlled. 5: Since the motel is on the main highway it is very noisy with traffic so if you’re a light sleeper like me then this motel isn’t for you. 6: The only other dislike I had was that the payment for the room came out of my bank account a week prior to staying there so I sort of locks you in even if you want to cancel and go somewhere else. And that’s all that is basically what I disliked about the property the property owners are very polite, and the grounds are kept clean etc
