Hotel Centro Turistico Gardesano

Struttura un po' datata ma pulita. È immenso e non tutti gli ambienti sono sfruttati. C'è una fermata bus a pochi metri. Bisogna spostarsi in macchina. Nei dintorni c'è solo natura. Il buffet comprende primi, secondi, verdure, frutta e dolci con abbastanza varietà. La colazione la valuterò in un secondo momento. Sono ammessi gli animali. Ci sono alcune zone per fumatori. La piscina è enorme e ha un isolotto da una parte. Poi c'è quella per i bimbi. Molti lettini e ombrelloni intorno a entrambe. C'è pure una zona prato. La pulizia della piscina stessa è accurata. Non posso dire lo stesso dello spazio intorno. Ma la colpa è in buona parte delle persone incivili e ne ho viste tante... In zona piscina c'è il bar che a mezzogiorno offre un buffet oltre ai soliti panini, toast, tramezzini e piadine. Ha il forno per le pizze e vengono sfornate per tutto il giorno offrendo alternativa al ristorante alla sera. Ho visto un campo da basket, uno da ping pong e uno da biliardo. La mia camera era pulita, comoda per 2 persone, con balcone con vista laterale sulla piscina e il prato. Asciugamani puliti e set di cortesia in bagno.

Bedrooms were minimal but clean. Bed linen was crisp and clean; towels provided and changed each day, and beds were dressed for us too! Staff were lovely - Luigi and Brian at reception were more than helpful and Luigi definitely had a few languages! Dining staff were polite and helpful; albeit under pressure from the number of groups and volume of children! The food was plentful and not bad at all! Plenty of choice and variety of taste. Yes there were areas of lesser-quality finishing in en-suite/wires from TV; and some of the food had cooled by the time I got to my table; but that is budget accomodation.! It is a pity that the pool was empty as the view out there was amazing; but we were warned that it is only in use from end of May onwards. I did feel sorry for some independent groups/couples that were somehow landed into rooms along the same corridor as our large group and downstairs from an equally large but painfully louder group.. I have no doubt that they did not sleep very well unfortunately.. Nonetheless, it is important to note that all the adults travelling in our group were more than satisified with the service and facilities: bed was comfortable and clean, shower was hot and strong, towels were available; and there were crepes available down at the bar until after 11pm - happy days!

Hotel is nothing like the pictures they have up at all. Pool is empty, food is cold and tastes funny and not in the good way, door handles are locked and you have to pay €10 if you get locked out of your room. They started charging us €5 to use their pool table the 2nd day we were there.

The pillows are the fluffiest things I’ve ever felt I had a great time with my friends on this trip there is a lovely view from the balconies in the rooms. I made so many new friends on this trip all because of this hotel.

The food was not good there was a hair in my friends food and the beds were really uncomfortable but the hotel was really nice the staff made me a big uncomfortable and it would’ve been nice to have a pool and some wifi that works and tv in english!

The reviews made us all think we were heading to the gulag but it’s rlly not that bad. The rooms were outdated but clean the bathrooms were nice and supplied us with shower gel shampoo and soap and towels. The views were nice but there was no water in the pool. There was other schools there which was fun for us because we went on a school trip but if going with a family at the time schools go abroad you may find it loud. The food wasn’t the best soem nights were better than others but there was always a variety. Some staff were a bit weird and creepy but if your going with a school won’t be half bad at all we had most of our fun in the hotel too.

I beg do not go here it’s actually shockin. Our shower exploded….. A guy called Din Viesel was patrolling around the campus. Hotel has a soft spot for bugs apparently and lets them have more of a welcomed stay than us. Bathroom didnt lock and i didnt feel safe.
