Ramada Encore by Wyndham Busan Haeundae

Good location with Starbucks and e-Mart 24 hrs. Poor communication skill in English. But will try their best to help. They will come up to the room within 5min. Excellent response. The walkway to the room is extremely dark which make packing of luggage tough, as the room is small, there is not much space to put 2 luggage. Hope to see improvement in lighting of the room. There is only heater in the room thus the room Is very stuffy. No ac.. you will go open the window and my room Is facing the road so you will hear traffic Towel is torn and old. Hope to see improvement.

Our stay at the Ramada Encore Haeundae in Busan was overall a positive experience, with its excellent location being a standout feature. Situated directly by a metro station and just a few minutes' walk from the picturesque Haeundae Beach, it serves as an ideal base for exploring Busan. The close proximity to a plethora of restaurants and a Night Food Market further enriches the experience. A special mention goes to the HOME Bistro, which serves delicious vegetarian dinners at fair prices starting from 5:00 PM – truly a hidden gem! We opted for a corner suite, and it couldn't have been a better choice. The view from our room on the top floor was simply breathtaking, a real feast for the eyes. The bed was comfortable, and the daily provision of two complimentary bottles of water in the room was much appreciated. However, not everything was perfect. The sofa in our room unfortunately had undefined, older stains, and the coffee table seemed to have seen better days – its surface was patchy and faded. Despite these minor flaws that slightly marred the overall impression, our stay for the two nights was quite pleasant. The friendly service at check-in deserves a special mention, making our stay pleasant right from the start. In summary, I would say that the Ramada Encore Haeundae is definitely recommendable for a short stay in Busan, particularly due to its outstanding location and good value for money. We would definitely book it again for another short stay.

The hotel is very good location accessible to haeundae beach also near by many are local restaurants also very convenient to take the subway and bus from hotel. It was affordable price as well. Thank you for having us and I was enjoying my trip to busan.

The hotel is near to the beach, good lovein, just 8 mins walk to the beach and market. The rooms were a bit small but cozy, with alot of TV channels. There were also amenities nearby. The only downside is that there are no lift up to the ground from the train station, so travellers with big luggage may have issues.

Location is good, near station. Reception staff is efficient. Only issue is the lift of the hotel is very slow.

방음이 심하게 안돼서 매우 불쾌했습니다. 수면에 지장있을 정도로 방음이 잘 안됐구요. 동행인이 체크인 직후 이불커버에 파운데이션 자국이 묻어 있는 것 확인하여, 청결 부분에서도 매우 아쉬운 마음이 컸습니다.. 또 필요한 것이 있어 초저녁쯤 로비에 전화를 걸었는데 응대해주시는 여자 직원분께서도 불친절하셨던 기억이 납니다. 재방문하는 일은 따로 없을 것 같습니다.

Room was clean. Furnishing is very dark and old. There’s only 1 light in the toilet at the basin/mirror area hence the toilet bowl area was very dark. Air con is very noisy and keeps turning on and off by itself, seems to be automated. Soundproof isn’t the best as I could hear others talking at night. There’s construction at the side of the hotel (woken up by it at like 645am). For the price, I would considered it good enough for people who are not fussy and just want a place to rest for the night.

직원분들도 친절하셨고 해운대 바로 앞에 위치하고 있어서 아침에 바로 바다보기 좋았습니다 도보로 가능합니다 다만 룸이 큰 편은 아니었어요~ 그래도 잘 쉬었습니다

目前來説整體在韓國住過四星標準最標準最好的酒店，房間有一股很舒服的香味，房間各方面的衞生的做得很好，沙發也不是那種硬沙發。海雲台三號出口直走20m左拐就是酒店，地理位置極佳，就在海雲台步行街旁邊。這裏設施沒給滿分是因為廁紙偏硬和粗糙，其他的都非常滿意，衞浴用品也都是獨立封裝中樣，值得表揚的是味道和使用感都非常好，以後去釜山海雲台會經常入住！酒店可以改進一下廁紙🧻，這將使顧客更加滿意 【海濱風光】 【人氣熱搜】
