The bed and pillow are very firm and comfortable but the bed was not made for 3 days out of my 4 nights stay. Coffee sachets was not replenished after the first day! Location near to many eating places and short walk to the Casino.

Location of hotel was perfect, it was close to subway train, in the heart of the night life but without most of the foot traffic, and only a $12 dollar cab ride from the beach. I differently recommend this hotel and would also stay again. Cafe downstairs was very convenient.

This is my second time staying at this hotel in Busan. The price is very affordable and it is very close to Lotte Duty Free Shop, which is very convenient for shopping. It only takes about five minutes to walk there.

As soon as I entered, there was a touch panel, but I tried to use a translator to translate from Korean to Japanese, but it didn't work. When I was having trouble, another traveler told me that the front desk was on the upper floor, so I was able to check in. The chairs were tilted, there was trash on the sheets, and hair on the table, so it wasn't exactly clean.

The bed is hard and I can't sleep.
The air conditioner is directly hit by the wind, and even though the wind is adjusted to a low level, it is too strong.
The water area also lacks a sense of cleanliness.
When I shower with hot water, there is almost no water.
There is no security as you can take the elevator directly from outside.
It was a hotel only for its location.

When I arrived at the hotel, I felt the atmosphere like a motel from the outside. It is convenient because there are many shops such as marts and convenience stores in the surrounding area. Cleaning was done properly, too and was clean. However, it was dark even in the morning because the double window + curtain blocked the light, so I couldn't feel the sunlight. You can watch Netflix on the TV. There is a refrigerator.

I came to Busan in a good mood and made reservations for consecutive nights, but it only ruined my mood. The shower booth in the bathroom only had hot water, so I inquired and they moved me to the next room, but the room they said I checked also only had hot water, so I couldn't wash. I said it again and it was enough to try. They get angry at the customer and tell him to leave; What do you think the customer will do if he gets angry because there is no room? It's the holidays and we also don't have a room, so maybe we're growing outside? Is it right to speak loudly to a customer? Of course, it may not be their fault that the shower booth looks like that, but they should at least inspect it in the first place and apologize first.
