Ulasan Los Angeles Marriott Burbank Airport

The service was terrible. We were here for a dance competition and called before the weekend and was told information that we were told by 2 others onsite as being false when we went to check in. The service was very rude at the front desk and our early check in that was told a week before was doable was not completed when we showed up and we actually weren’t even able to get into our room until and hour after normal check in. Our bathroom sink was clogged and we were also not allowed to get late check out due to over capacity.

The bed was amazing! Room service was fine. Very convenient to Burbank Airport and the shuttle works great.
