"the worst I ever had! Very dirty, smell like ****, coz pet are allowed there, they even don’t have a cup for teeth brushing! When I told the fat girl to change the sheet, she asked me to do myself! I changed the dirty bed sheet by myself! I asked for one hour later check out, they refused! They even refused to hold your luggage coz the uber is not coming yet! The bed makes a lot of noises, refrigerator and air conditioners are very loud too!"

"Firsts day we got there was good. Second day try and check another night the girl that helped us did not even try to help out. Said she couldn’t find out booking told her it was in there system she keep saying no it wasn’t with attitude. So I had to book another day all over again. And I asked her again are u sure I’m not in there they did it the day before told me no. She knew what she was doing. So when i booked my room again told her there it’s done. Then she tells o I found it No apology no nothing. After I just got done booking my room. Very disappointed with her service bad part I didn’t get her name"

"I stayed two nights for $13,000, with twin beds on the 12th floor. The room faces the street, and the noise of traffic is unbearable at night. It wasn't cleaned at all. The hair dryer was a first-generation model, and the shower in the bathroom was about to fall off. Parking is $25 per night. I called before check-in and was told I could park on the street, but the area around it has nighttime parking restrictions, so I couldn't move my car in the middle of the night. Forget it. It's not too far from Universal Studios, about a 20-minute drive."

After 3 calls to Quality Inn detailing the requirements needed for a handicap room prior to booking with Trip.com, we checked in to meet up with relatives and did not get a handicap room. I am confined to a wheelchair and the hotel did not help to relocate me to a handicap room."
