Not bad for the price! Confortable and aceptable! I could back for sure!

It is Not a hotel. It is a dormitory for workers who get up at 5.00 am waking the tourists up. There is no restaurant, no bar no cosy sitting area, not even a coffee bar. They send you off to an adjacent dingy pub. Most unpleasant experiance!

The property was in good condition with a large room,good shower with hot water.However,compared to other places this one did not have a kettle,cups provided in the room if needed at night,the heater & tv did not work.Overall it was a good night stay

very old hotels with ugly rooms, non-double beds, old cleaning staff with packed t-shirts, lots of Mould very old structure, cracked walls, bathroom lights in some rooms not working, non-existent wardrobes only 2 hangers, moldy safe

The room is very basic, curtains are torn,no remotes for the TV,. bathroom window damaged can't open, bath plug will not hold water, we are on half board breakfast is ok, but evening meal is not too our taste poor, hotel needs updating, staff are very good and polite

Needs some serious tlc! Staff need to take some tips from Daniel in the bar next door “Molly Malones” The hotel is literally falling apart and there seems to be staff walking about everywhere but no smiles or hellos. Ants and bedbugs and no towels changed. We popped into the bar that’s joined to the hotel and met Daniel and he was so helpful and answered any questions we had! He’s literally the best thing about the hotel. Maybe the stuff should get some lessons from him. The swimming pool is ok.

This is a dated hotel these days, when we arrived in 2018 (the thing wouldn't wind back that far) we were put in a room basically I'm the main part of the hotel above reception, I think it was 1 floor from the top. Went in and it was blazing hot, we also had our 2 year old at the time, went out onto the balcony and it was creaking and cracked also, aircon unit didn't work, asked reception to be told there are no more, so I pinched one from a room that was being cleaned. We had one night in that room, no way were we staying another 13 in it, so I I went to reception to be told they were fully booked, I ended up having to call my Dr to confirm my health problems as they didn't believe me and after tut call, hey presto we got a better room, so, Tip is DO NOT stay in the main part of the hotel, ask for the rooms at the back of the pool or side, they're newer, cleaner, fresher, air on works, the rooms are just so much nicer, it's like they save them for those who pay more, they know etc, there was plenty of others empty but we watched them put more and more into the old main part, not the back bit, it's very strange how they pick ppl for those rooms, I do know the ones to the side are for self catering etc but the back ones are for anyone. Hope this will help one or two

Lovely hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you we needed to change our room as the first room was so noisy due to traffic from the road & they straight way moved us to the 8th floor no hesitation. Hotel is 2 minutes from the bus station with easy access to all routes single journeys anywhere only 2 euros good value just make sure you get on the right bus coming back lol.. Good variety of food you can eat at 2 other different restaurants there although I’d advise to book as soon as you arrive the Italian was excellent Moroccan/Indian you can eat there twice if staying 7 days Italian only once.

Awful experience at this hotel. Although the staff were friendly and helpful the actual hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and cleaning. We arrived at midnight as a family of 5 and checked into a 2 bed apartment. The patio doors wouldn't lock, so we moved to a second apartment which had mould growing everywhere (ceiling, beds, pillows, pictures). Unable to offer us another apartment we were shown into a 4 bed hotel room which although dusty (and had a bathroom window rusted open) had no damp or mould. As it was now 2am and wanted to get the 3 kids to bed we piled into the room for some sleep and hopefully get things sorted in the morning. The buffet breakfast was well presented however all the cereals were stale. We ate the cooked breakfast which was OK. We checked out that morning and into another hotel!
