Evaluation très mitigée. L'hôtel est bien et très bien placé, cependant: - le personnel n'est pas souvent au rendez-vous. On signale à Maria à l'accueil que notre mini-bar ne refroidit pas. Réponse, un mini-bar ne refroidit pas. On avait bien sûr deux chambres et dans l'autre, il était complètement froid voire même trop. En bougeant la prise électrique, ça fonctionnait. On l'a signalé mais personne n'est jamais venu. - les cartes de la chambre qui n'ont pas fonctionné trois fois. A chaque fois qu'on passe, on nous dit que ça arrive et à la troisième fois, on nous dit que c'est parce que la taxe de séjour n'est pas payé. Ironie du sort, on est passé deux fois à l'accueil pour le faire mais on nous a dit plus tard. - un bruit incroyable dans l'hôtel. L'hôtel reçoit des groupes de jeunes adolescents et ils sont infernales, on ne pouvait pas vraiment dormir avant 1 à 2 heures du matin. - si vous voulez joindre la réception, priez pour que votre chambre soit avec les nouvelles installations. Ma fille a bénéficié d'une nouvelle chambre et nous a priori d'une moins nouvelle. Le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et malgré un signalement à la réception, rien n'a été fait. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, confortable, la piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi très bien et le service des restaurants sont excellents. On a hésité avec le Seaview et on regrette finalement. Malgré les bons points de l'hôtel, on n'y reviendra plus, c'est certain.

Stayed for a week in May arriving on a Saturday, requested a front room was, given a rear room with views of other rooms in a Courtyard. Asked reception for a change, told to come back on Monday as they were full at the weekend, went back Monday and was told they knew nothing of our room request. The room we had was very dated, worn and very dirty furniture, bathroom was a disgrace for a supposedly 4 star Hotel, don't know who grouted the bathroom tiles or caulked the bathroom toilet but I'm sure a child could have done better without even trying, chrome rusted and peeling from the fittings and door handles. The daily housekeeping were fantastic, trying to make the best of what they had to deal with. We were wakened every morning at 7am with music and the noise of furniture being constantly dragged over concrete floors, think it was coming from the dining room. Our tiny balcony looked onto a Courtyard surrounded by other rooms, this was our view. This yard was strewn with clothes from balconies above, cigarette buts and pieces of masonry that I suppose fell from the building. No view's, no sun. Breakfast was ok, all you would expect for breakfast but the only change to our week was some mornings you got potato wedges others were scalloped potatoes. If you wanted toast then you joined the queue to use the single damaged toaster. Would I stay here again, NO.

This was our first time at the Soreda Hotel and we couldnt have asked for a better hotel! All the staff were absolutely lovely! Friendly, polite, happy to help, easy to have a conversation with! We had no problems at all, the Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels - we ended up putting the sign on as it was so good there was no need to clean every day. The Hotel was bigger than I expected, we still did not see the other pool or Gym, but we were entertained each night on the roof top until 11pm. There is a new bar area downstairs that opened whilst there and another new area just being organised for coffees and snacks in the afternoon. There were Children's parties and other parties happening most nights but I think that was mainly due to the time of the year we went Halloween half term. The hotel Caters for families and children with a children's pool off to the side of the play area. Our room was big, a Standard Double/Twin & a balcony with an outside view, there were other rooms with an inside view of a courtyard. My 90 year old Mother came with us and I asked at check-in if there were any rooms with just a shower so she wouldn't slip standing in a bath - they were really great and found her a room within minutes - it was the other side of the hotel but on the ground floor.. I have to say my husband and I have been going to Malta since 2015 and stayed at other hotels, this one was by far the best! We booked B&B and the Breakfast choices are fantastic. We will definitely be going back again next year! I could not remember all the staff names but a big shout out to Jeet & Bishol at Breakfast, Justin & Bresha on Reception! Thanks guys! Brilliant time at the Soreda Hotel. We did a week in the Soreda hotel and it was such a pleasant atmosphere. The room service and staff and breakfast lounge are brilliant. They always have a smile to greet you with and are very helpful and this pleasant atmosphere is constant so this hotel I would highly recommend to everyone. It is situated in a prime location of bars,pubs,takeaways and is just a mere 5 minutes walk away from the night life of Bugibba Plaza which is full of bars with karaoke and restaurants and souvenir shops. Also the bus terminus is in Bugibba centre with buses that take you to anywhere on the island. There is a pool downstairs and another on the rooftop with a bar that serves drinks and snacks. You can book from the hotel many outside activities such as ferry cruises around the island’s harbour creeks and historic places as well as entertainment as well. Hotel has fast wifi and television and air conditioner which was a miracle in the hot climate warm weather there was in Malta which was an added bonus for the month of November. Also it hosts birthday parties and other occasional events and has a children’s play zone. Live karaoke entertainment on the rooftop bar which has a great atmosphere. A lovely hotel that one would need to return too again and again. Finally I wish to thank all the staff at the Soreda Hotel in Qawra for the pleasant time we had there along with their warm welcome by the entire staff especially Sharon.

We arrived at the hotel about 12.30pm. Although check in wasn't until 3pm we were given our all inclusive bands straight away and told we could go to lunch. We could then go back to reception and check in. In which we did. We found the staff on reception very helpful. Got to our room which was very clean, beds were so comfortable. Room was basis however, i stress very clean. TV showed alot of English Channels. We found the all inclusive great especially the food in the restaurant. The food was plentiful and hot which i like. The service from the staff were very accommodating. Lee one of the waiters was wonderful and very friendly getting to know my name. The bar we found a bit small however there was seating elsewhere. But we like the atmosphere of the bar. Drinks we found no problem with at all. The only issue we had was the snacks, or lack of. There was just a few cakes to be had or a sandwich. I do suggest you offer a bit more verity. The Bar Staff are also so friendly and get to know you. Our other bug bear was the water situation. We did ask for a bottle of water to take out with us when we left the hotel for the day. However, during the week we were deigned this being told that we could not have bottled water outside the hotel. Bearing in mind our room wasn't replenished with bottled water, as we would of just filled our bottles with this. I do find that this will become an issue especially when it gets to July and august when it gets really hot. As we are all inclusive why should we have to buy our own bottled Water. The location of this Hotel is great. You can walk to Bugibba from our hotel along the sea front. Also recommend that you buy local bus tickets as we bought the hop off hop on and found we did not get to see as much as we'd like. This being said i do not agree with some of the reviews it was as though they stayed at a different hotel to us. We would return to this hotel in shot. Pool area good however,we did only spend one day by the pool. The pool bar wasn't open but was due to open.

Nice place, not at four-star level though. For example there are plastic curtains in the bath and some things need a good maintenance. Food was good and with a nice variety. Some neighbours were noisy, lots of them were students, but that's not the hotel's fault

I have just stayed here for the past 5 days and I was slightly worried after reading some reviews. But on a whole my stay was wonderful. The rooms are big and open. The hotel and my room were really clean. The breakfast was lovely also. The pool areas were also great! The only issue I had, was that one day I called reception to find out what the evening meal would consist of and the reception who I spoke to was a little unhelpful and almost rude. I think that is something a reception should know about. Also I found the evening meal to be expensive if you’re not all inclusive, it is between €30-€33. I feel like you can go out of the hotel for a meal and it could cost less.But apart from that tiny issue everything else was great! I would definitely stay here again.
