Es un hotel en el que estuve varias veces. Es notable el nivel de deterioro y abandono (canillas, agua caliente, A.A.ascensores, pintura, alfombras etc.). El aire acondicionado no funcionó !! Era un día de mucho calor y después de mentirme con el personal de mantenimiento me dieron un ventilador !! Por supuesto, me cobraron la tarifa completa. Una triste desilusión de un hotel al que iba muy tranquilo y confiado. El personal almorzaba y cenabla en el mostrador de recepción. INADMISIBLE !!! Se nota, que además de la falta de mantenimiento, no tienen política de RR.HH. ni capacitación adecuada !!! No regreso nunca más !!!

This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was dirty and old. The sheets, comforter, and curtains all had stains on them. There was hair in the bathroom and something stuck in the sink which looked dirty. The water has such a strong smell of chlorine that we couldn’t shower or even use it to brush our teeth. When offered another room, it was even worse and the hallway smelled like smoke. Never mind that the bathtub was cracked and the caulking was black and had clearly been bleached to clean. I don’t know how this hotel had such high ratings because it was disgusting and if it hadn’t been so late we’d have gone elsewhere. We could not wait to get out of this place.

No towels or hair dryer in the room. I had to go to the reception a couple of times to get the basics. Very simple breakfast. Dining area needs to pay attention to its cleanliness.
There are plenty of better hotels in the same price range in the area. Have a look before booking.
The only positive aspect was a beautiful art exhibit that was taking place at the hotel

The lobby was beautiful, but the beauty ended there. The room was dated & had very noisy plumbing. Our air-conditioner didn’t work hardly at all, and none of the staff spoke English so we couldn’t exactly communicate this concern nor did we feel that they cared. We spent two nights roasting. I hate to sound harsh, but my Spanish is minimal, so don’t list “Staff Speaks English” on your site if no one can speak it. The elevators were so old we feared for our lives a few times while riding in them. The only good things to this hotel were mini fridge in room, decent breakfast, and good location. Other than that I wouldn’t stay there again.
