The service staff was really sweet, and the shuttle to/from Disney was good (although only 4-5x a day). Loved exploring the area around Knott’s as well. It’s currently undergoing renovation but that’s okay
Only issue was that my husband got got food poisoning from the ice machine. Believe the ice machine wasn’t cleaned properly so quite disappointed about that

We truly had a great stay at Knott’s Hotel,
Peaceful, love the fragrance throughout the Hotel, we had breakfast there it was delicious 😋 and all the staff super friendly!

Very nice place and very clean room. All staff was very nice. Everyone would greet you. The WiFi did not work at all tho.

Very convenient, very simple and neat. The bathrooms could use some serious updating. The showers and toilets look like they haven’t been updated in a very, very long time. I figured the bathrooms would have been part of their remodeling/update on the hotel. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Knott's Berry farm hotel is so highly underrated! Even while under renovation, the hotel is clean, quite, and fully staffed. The food was great. Everything from the kids quesadillas, to the steak wedge salad. The house made boseynberry vinaigrette was to die for! The price was fantastic! It's only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel to the park!

All staff my family encountered were friendly and most helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and easy to access . Elevators were available when needed which was a plus. Overall, great experience!

I booked a single queen and was shocked to find our room was very small and sequestered to the end of the hall, by the stairs, and felt very sketchy.
Ultimately, the room was very clean, and when issues arose, they were handled quickly. The breakfast from downstairs was great and service was quick.
