Budapest Holidays Harmony

It is in the centre of the town a very good spot. Very clean room maybe they have to work a little bit that towels. The girl in the check in it was kind and answered all our questions. It’s a very good room for the town. It’s nearby the bridge, the bars and the restaurant.

We had a reservation paid and they denied to check-us in after makeing us to wait in front of the building for 2 hours. Problems with this location: 1. The adress is not correct, you receive the real adress only after booking 2. They don’t have any parking, as is written in the description 3. Rude and lying lady managing the reservation. After we arrived she said that is our fault that we did not call piror our arrival to accomodate the handling of the key (it was mentioned on the booking our arrival time). We wait about 2 hours for someone with the key, the lady on the phone told us that in a few minutes someone will come, no one came. After my third call she said that she doesn’t want to check in us because some friend of mine, hungarian, said rude things to her colleague from an hungarian number. I nicely explain that I don’t anyone speaking hungarian or has an hungarian number, and also me I don’t know hubgarian at all. For sure was an excuse as she didn’t want to come from a different part of the city. She accepted to refund our money only after saying that I will contact the police, as I can prove that she is lying and I paid for the booking. So, long story short I had to search for accomodation at night in Budapest. DON’T CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY IF YOU WANT TO BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE A PLACE UPPON ARRIVAL!!!

What a fake picture on internet, is complity different what they show you on the internet and what is realy, I have alredy order the pick up and when i call to pick me up they said is not available this service, the girl on the phone is rude and unrespectet

Receptionist lady was rude!!! Reception place and apartment were under completely different address then in reservation. Hard to find parking nearby. Nice 👌 room itself with microwave! Cool and charming old ‘middle age’ elevator 👍

Very rude reception from the first minute!! There was very rude old lady in the reception! ( she told her name is Szuszanna ) she was behaving me like I am working there and she is the costumer!! Also i was there at 11:30am , and they tol me that i have to enter the room at 4pm, and I have leave the room , next day 10am in the morning!!! What is that half day hotel !! Any way when i saw this old lady and her baheviors, I canceled my reservation directly! When I want to cancel my reservation , she told me that she have one kore room and I can enter the room immediately!! What kind of service is it ?? They dont have standard and their service is awful!! Ofcourse i canceld !! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ! And their reception! Very Rude Receptions and Service Because they destory your holiday from the very first moment !!

El apartamento pequeño, el acceso a él muy lúgubre, hay colillas en la entrada, hemos intentado cancelar la reserva a un pagando una noche y no han querido, también por parte de booking hemos mediado y tampoco han dado su brazo a torcer. Muy mal porque no era lo que esperábamos, en la página te venden las fotos como habitaciones muy espaciosas y no es así.

Muy lamentable no recomiendo esto a nadie las condiciones muy malas y la higenie también al entrar al portal da miedo i más si es de noche cajas en mitad del pasillo con sillas rotas y con candados, la puerta fue forzada i le pusieron un parche y en el pasillo una escalera con un bote de cigarrillos.

Las almohadas pésimas, son cojines que se deforman al dormir, el colchón muy muy duro, dolor de espalda todas las noches. El último día no se acordaron del cambio de horario y nos cortaron la entrada con la llave una hora antes!! tuvimos que esperar a que vengan a arreglarlo 45 minutos en la calle y teníamos que ir al aeropuerto, un desastre de experiencia. Está claro que no te dan ni 15 minutos de cortesía para el check out te cortan el acceso con la llave incluso estando tu maleta y tus cosas dentro, pésimo.

Punto strategico per visitare la città a piedi. È un albergo diffuso. La nostra stanza aveva dimensioni buone e pulizia ottima. Bagno un poco piccolo ma pulito. Hanno cambiato asciugamani ogni giorno anche se non previsto. Molto gentili i proprietari. Peccato non avesse un fornello sarebbe stato fantastico. Rapporto qualità Prezzo eccellente. Consigliato
