Our flights were canceled due to a sensitive security situation in the country. The hotel did not agree to consider and even though we closed a free cancellation because it was the same day they were not willing to consider and meet us. They threatened that if I wrote a bad comment about them they would sue me for defamation. The other hotels responded sympathetically and offered a compensation voucher with the option to change dates and even a refund! The attitude of the hotel clerk was disappointing and embarrassing. I wouldn't go near the place.

Amazing place to stay. Very local to everything such an ideal location close to a lot of the main tourist attractions. Staff lovely and friendly. Don’t be put off by the hotel being in the same building as where the locals live as it’s such a great find! The only thing I would say is the concept of the hotel is weird it’s more like self catered apartments hotel reception is 8am-8pm. Lack of coffee and tea making facilities but not a deal breaker. Would stay again.

The room was amazing, stylish and super clean and with netflix! 🤩 had a good sleep. it is around 10 minutes walking from center. the Breakfast could have been better with more items…..overall a very good stay.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms with air conditioning. This is different to a “hotel” with just seven or eight rooms off of reception. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Staff are available between 0800 and 2000. WiFi available. Great central location. Selection of teas and coffee available in reception as well as kettle in the room. Only improvement would be to get better pillows as these were very thin … we had to fold ours in half. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is on the first floor of an old building near to Deak Ferenc ter. My room had a modern feel, with exposed brickwork, and was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. Because the room is very high and the windows likewise, I found it difficult to draw the curtains in such a way as to exclude all the light from outside. This made the room quite light, and I found it difficult to sleep. (This is a personal thing, and the fact that I was only at the hotel for 1 night may have contributed to the situation).

This hotel was exactly what we were hoping and just perfect for our weekend in Budapest! The location is literally PERFECT, the rooms are spacious and beautiful and the staff members helpful and friendly. I can most definitely recommend this place!

To be clear, we have not stayed at The Loft. That said, we have had a very relevant traveler experience with this property. I think it is fair to say we are experienced travelers. We reserved and pre-paid for a room for travel July 2023. The reservation was confirmed and we messaged back and forth amiably a couple of times. Then, the hotel wanted the room back asking me to cancel, presumably because there is an event that weekend that allowed a higher rate for the room. After arguing back and forth we determined we must be certain we have a place to sleep in a completely unfamiliar city and country so we relocated at a significant premium. Not at a all Guest Friendly experience.

Esperienza pessima! Camera piccola e scomodissima. Al di sotto un bagno per gnomi, non c’è spazio nemmeno per truccarsi, sporco, lavandino ricoperto di polvere dal momento in cui siamo entrati, doccia in cui sale l’acqua fino a quasi le caviglie. Come piano di appoggio solo 2 tavolini scomodità pazzesca! Al di sopra un soppalco in cui si trova soltanto il letto “matrimoniale”, in realtà composto da 2 lettini uniti. Cuscini squallidi, inesistenti. Da un lato del letto c’è il comodino e la possibilità di entrare al letto, dall’altro bisogna tuffarsi e non c’è nemmeno un piano di appoggio/comodino per poggiare il cellulare o l’acqua. Non esiste uno specchio in cui potersi guardare, soltanto in bagno uno piccolissimo che riprende solo il viso, non c’è possibilità di potersi specchiare e osservare l’ outfit prima di uscire. Entrano in stanza soltanto per cambiare i cestini, poi non fanno altro; pulire, ordinare, rifare il letto, cambiare le asciugamani è soltanto utopia. Non funziona la cassaforte e nemmeno il frigo, credo a questo punto nemmeno il microonde e riscaldamenti. Dovevamo fare 4 notti ma non siamo riusciti, siamo scappati prima in un altro hotel. Non esiste nessuna figura umana in reception con cui potersi interfacciare. Soltanto la posizione è ottima.

Questo hotel si trova in una posizione invidiabile veramente al centro della fashion street permette di sposarsi comodamente a piedi evitando di prendere i mezzi. Le camere sono ben arredate e spaziose, ho apprezzato il piccolo ma potente phon che ho trovato nel nostro bagno. Quello che mi ha lasciato perplessa e che spero miglioreranno per poter fare quel salto di qualità è la pulizia che ho trovato veramente superficiale e il servizio poco accogliente e attento. Noi infatti siamo stati avvisati la mattina stessa del nostro arrivo che la reception sarebbe stata disponibile per il check in dopo le 14 quindi abbiamo lasciato le nostre valigie nell’atrio dell’hotel vuoto per diverse ore.

La pulizia è indecente e nonostante la segnalazione alla reception nulla è cambiato. Polvere ovunque e sotto al letto il peggio, filtri degli aspiratori in bagno sporchi inverosimilmente, lenzuola strappate e cestini non svuotati. Considerato che il problema della pulizia è già stato fatto notare in altre recensioni non mi pare si faccia molto per evitare che la gente si lamenti della stessa cosa sempre.

Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind genau so sauber und schön wie auf den Fotos! Die Lage ist unschlagbar: super zentral und trotzdem nachts ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr kompetent und freundlich. Der Check-In war unkompliziert und eigenständig möglich. Jederzeit wieder!

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Alles war genau so wie auf den Fotos. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Einchecken war auch nach 22 Uhr völlig problemlos. Die Lage ist perfekt, um von dort aus Budapest zu erkunden. Große Empfehlung !
