리셉션이 다른데에 있어서 체크인을 따로 해야했던게 좀 불편했어요. 그거 말고는 직원도 친절하시고 시설도 괜찮았어요! 세탁기도 있는게 젤 좋았어요 세제는 없으니 떠로 가져가세요

房間非常棒，一房一廳一衞，廚房設施齊全，可以自己去超市買東西煮飯吃。唯一不太好的地方是垃圾袋衹衹給一個，要自己處理垃圾每天把濕垃圾扔到樓下街上的垃圾桶。切記垃圾分類。別的都很好。當然不做飯出去吃很方便，有亞洲菜壽司還有地道的西餐就在皇家音樂學校邊上。

服務態度好，有問必答，交通便利，設備齊全，出行，吃飯，參觀都非常方便，周圍歺館多，對面火車站，星巴克，電車，地鐵，大教堂，應有盡有，太棒了👏

比較小巧温馨的一居室民宿，地理位置較佳，周邊景區，吃喝玩近在咫尺值得推薦。。。

房間空間令人滿意，晚上很安靜，單獨的卧室與客廳分開。出行方便，距離幾個地鐵站都比較近步行可及。

Can be noisy at night It’s a hassle to pick up keys Washing machine is faulty and trapped our clothes in it! On the plus side, it was in a good location and felt like home from home.

Apartment had 2 bedrooms with double bed in each, and sofa-bed in the living room / kitchenette. Furniture a bit dated and drawers quite tired and noisy, bed a bit squeaky. Overall average, but location was good, short walk to central attractions like St Stephen’s basilica or 10min walk to parliament building.

Great property with easy walking to the attractions. Spar shop nearby, restaurants and pubs also near. City all flat so easy to get around

Very clean, warm (we visited in December), quiet, conveniently located (only 10 min walking distance from Oktogon and Parliament Building, many grocery stores at hand), all appliances working properly, no issue of any kind.

Got to property to then have to walk 10 minutes to get the key for the apartment . It was pouring with rain and when walked back again to room we were soaked as they did not have a reception at the property

It was near at Centre and had all needs for cooking. Perhaps it would be a good idea to have more than three knifes, dishes and glasses… it was clean and good

Apartment was better than I was expecting. Very spacious. Spotlessly clean. Beds were so comfy. Walking distance to most attractions . Good bars and restaurants nearby. Budapest a great city break. I would recommend lord residence to anyone. Good value. Cons: having to pick up the key from another location. There was construction work going on in the courtyard but it didn't cause us any problems. Loo roll I feel should have been provided.

Absolutely one of the worse experiences of my life .. bedding made me sick very difficult to get property mgmt assistance even the new bedding was problematic i am sick from staying there .. too many other issues to list .. exterior common area unsafe and dirty .. plumbing issues, dated run down.. old dirty furniture and thr carpets were disgusting.. how in the world this place has a favorable rating is beyond me it cannot be true
