The hotel is amazing. Love it. Near to everywhere. I have piano in my room too 🙂 But be extra carefull, i notice my cash is missing in the room. We noticed but i just dont want to make a report or issue 👀

I stayed 5 nights 6 days in Hotel with Family. I have a special memorial and my 2 baby realy happy in Hotel. When booking all include breakfast, we enjoyed everyday ate breakfast. We choiced and ordered for hot food, we required something. They were exactly made hot food and serving. But Sat or Sunday, too many customer in Resturant, they were really busy and we waited for ordered to spent time. we can understand this situation and ate buffet. If we visit in Autria Vien, we will book the hotel again. All the time Thank you for Concierge and All staff.

Amazing pool in the middle of a tropical garden. Nice and large room. Good breakfast. Excellent service.

非常非常大家入住酒店，雖然價格非常貴。前台的人非常nice，酒店環境是一個公爵的府邸改造，可以看到公共區域非常奢華，早飯也蠻好吃的。5樓可以看到外面的教堂。隔壁就是金色大廳（可以完全不用存衣服和存包就過去）

超級好，雖然價格是貴，但是值得體驗。定的小套房，前台説你要麼等一下，會有一套帶陽台的出來（雖然後來發現這陽台也沒啥），我老公等到5點入住，中途在酒廊，點了啤酒，後來還説是送的，問我老公要不要別的酒還是小食，都是免費，説因為我們讓你等了。本來説加床大概要1000元，但是酒店也沒加錢。最後還送我家孩子一個酒店的獅子，幸福感拉滿。因為最後一個住的，趕回來一直想着一定要好評，就這麼一直忘，拖了一個多月。

去德國參加ITB柏林年會，因簽證預約時間原因，選擇了入境奧地利辦理申根簽證，入住維也納帝國酒店，老牌的奧地利國賓館酒店。酒店地理位置好，與維也納音樂協會金色大廳所在的大樓背靠背，值得記錄。房間由前台升了級，是個帶閣樓的小躍層，主房間有個小門通往窄窄的陽台通道，正對着音樂協會的樓頂。房間電源開關很多，需要花點時間搞清楚每個開關控制的照明點。房間裏提供拖鞋，有很好的床品，每天還會送巧克力進來，非常温馨。酒店的電梯比較狹小，速度也比較慢，還好樓層不多，可以忍受，着急的話也可以走樓梯，拐來拐去的有點小繞。餐廳是在底層的bar，自助的品種不算特別多，也有菜單可點熱菜和熱飲，總體口味不錯。

地理位置很優越。在金色大廳隔壁。去步行街。歌劇院都是步行很近的距離。裝修很華麗。早餐也很好吃。可以沿街坐在户外吃。如果在去維也納會想繼續再入住的酒店。門僮服務很好。當然也許是我們都有給小費的原因。但不得不説都給小費的小情況下。這家酒店的服務我覺得最好的。

総じて最高峰のホテル、という一言に尽きます。 広々かつ豪華なロビーにはじまり、奥にはバーにも なっているゆったりとしたソファールームが広がっています。 予定より早く到着しましたが、部屋の準備ができるまでスーツケースを預かってもらい、チェックイン後にはそのままポーターの方から部屋まで届けてもらいました。 また、チェックイン時にはマリオットボンヴォイ会員の登録希望を聞かれ、登録した場合にその場で50€追加で支払うことで、部屋をアップグレードできるとのこと。 ただ、アメニティに関してはかなり簡素で、石鹸やポリッシャー、マウスウォッシャーはありましたが、それら以外の歯ブラシや衛生キット等は置いてありませんでした。 そのほか、翌朝のモーニングではバイキング式ですが メインディッシュは好きなだけ注文でき(これがまたとても美味しい)、ローランペリエやインペリアルホテル独自のシャンパンも飲み放題でした。

酒店位置非常好 周圍也特別便捷 前台非常親和 也相當有禮貌 很nice 房間設定很齊全，各項設施也都比較新 還有迎新水果，非常滿意。 下次還會入住。
