Ulasan Hotel Imperial, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Vienna

The hotel is amazing. Love it. Near to everywhere. I have piano in my room too 🙂 But be extra carefull, i notice my cash is missing in the room. We noticed but i just dont want to make a report or issue 👀

I stayed 5 nights 6 days in Hotel with Family. I have a special memorial and my 2 baby realy happy in Hotel. When booking all include breakfast, we enjoyed everyday ate breakfast. We choiced and ordered for hot food, we required something. They were exactly made hot food and serving. But Sat or Sunday, too many customer in Resturant, they were really busy and we waited for ordered to spent time. we can understand this situation and ate buffet. If we visit in Autria Vien, we will book the hotel again. All the time Thank you for Concierge and All staff.

Amazing pool in the middle of a tropical garden. Nice and large room. Good breakfast. Excellent service.

A day where I was satisfied with both the service and the response!!! I was able to enjoy myself and leave in luxury since they even upgraded my room~~~ It is also close to nearby tourist attractions, so I recommend it!

Super good, although the price is expensive, but it is worth the experience. The small suite I booked, the front desk said that you should wait a while, and there will be a suite with a balcony (although I later found that this balcony is nothing special). My husband waited until 5 o'clock to check in. Halfway in the lounge, he ordered a beer, and later said it was free. Asked my husband if he wanted other wine or snacks, all free, saying that we made you wait. It was said that an extra bed would cost about 1,000 yuan, but the hotel did not charge extra. In the end, they gave my child a lion in the hotel, which made me feel very happy. Because I was the last one to stay, I rushed back and kept thinking that I must give a good review, but I kept forgetting it and dragged it for more than a month.

The service is very good, and the room type can be upgraded for free. The location is also good, and you can see the Karlskirche from the room.

I went to Germany to attend the ITB Annual Meeting in Berlin. Due to the visa appointment time, I chose to enter Austria to apply for a Schengen visa and stay at the Vienna Imperial Hotel, a well-established Austrian State Guesthouse. The hotel has a good location, back to back with the building where the Golden Hall of the Vienna Music Society is located, which is worth recording. The room was upgraded from the front desk. It was a small loft with a loft. The main room had a small door leading to a narrow balcony passage, facing the roof of the Music Association. There are many power switches in the room, and it takes some time to figure out the lighting points controlled by each switch. Slippers are provided in the room, there are good beddings, and chocolates are delivered every day, which is very warm. The elevator in the hotel is relatively small and slow. Fortunately, there are not many floors, so it is bearable. If you are in a hurry, you can also take the stairs, which is a bit of a circuit. The restaurant is a bar on the ground floor. The buffet selection is not particularly large. There is also a menu for ordering hot dishes and hot drinks. The overall taste is good.

The location is excellent. Next to the Golden Hall. It is within walking distance to the pedestrian street and the opera house. The decoration is gorgeous. The breakfast is also delicious. You can eat outdoors along the street. If you go to Vienna, I would like to stay in this hotel again. The doorman service is very good. Of course, it may be because we all tipped. But I have to say that under the circumstances of small tips, I think the service of this hotel is the best.

A strong "old money style", although the facilities are old, the service is still first-class! Very close to the Golden Hall, the Opera House, and not far from the old town!

The location of the hotel is very good and the surrounding area is very convenient The front desk is very friendly and polite. Very nice. The room settings are very complete and all facilities are relatively new. There are also welcome fruits, which is very satisfying. Will stay here next time.

I stayed there for my birthday, and they decorated the room and prepared a celebration cake, so it was a wonderful stay. Also, the eggs Benedict I had for breakfast was delicious.
