Hotel bagus, lokasi dekat sekali dengan stasiun,bersih sekali hanya kurang amenity sikat gigi, odol dan shower cap.

Secara keseluruhan, rasio harga/kinerjanya bagus. Kamar ini nyaman untuk keluarga beranggotakan dua orang dewasa dan satu anak. Yang terpenting adalah letaknya yang sangat dekat dengan Stasiun Timur dan dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Sangat nyaman jika Anda naik kereta api dan memiliki kinerja biaya tinggi

Lokasinya sangat bagus bagi orang yang bepergian membawa barang bawaan, tepat di seberang stasiun kereta. Ada stasiun kereta bawah tanah di pintu masuk, jadi bepergian sangatlah mudah. Ruangannya besar dan lengkap. Staf hotelnya hangat dan ramah. Sebuah kancing baju saya terlepas dan saya bertanya ke bagian resepsionis apakah mereka punya peralatan menjahit, yang kemudian diantarkan kepada saya tak lama kemudian. Kami sedang terburu-buru dan tidak sarapan di hotel.

The location is strategic near Keleti train station and from there, it connects to Budapest's places of interest via tram, bus, metro and taxis. It is also a hub connecting to other parts of Europe via trains. It's also walking distance to Arena mall and the many shops around Keleti Railway station. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was reasonably large, clean, good air condition, strong water pressure and WiFi connection. Breakfast was nice with breads, fruits, meats and coffee from machines.

I had nice vacay in Budapest and spent 3 nights at IntercityHotel. The location is good and the room is clean. I highly recommend this place.

I booked a room with a high floor city view online but they just gave me a room with low floor garden view. Therefore, I asked them to change the room with a city view for me. They assigned me to a low floor city view this time. I've already given up on the levels of the floor aiming to make everyone's life easier. However, I discovered that the door can't be locked and the sink drains really slow in a speed that is honestly unacceptable in my new room. I was really frustrated to go down to the reception to change a new room again. As a 4 star hotel, I'm absolutely disappointed that they didn't even have the intention to come up to my room and pass me a new room key with apologies but instead, they asked me to go down with all my luggages to pick up a new room key TWICE. Poor service attitude from the reception lady with a long blonde hair and big round eyes, naming "Cindy". The room is modern and spacious but the door lock can't function properly still. Plus, there're only TWO complimentary bottles of water per stay (no matter how long your stay is), so it's quite inconvenient that you need to buy the water in the lobby at a higher price or anywhere before you return to the hotel. The location of the hotel is good, there're bus, metro, fast food restaurants, Starbucks nearby with a very nice city landscape.

Fantastic hotel right by the main station. Very comfortable and warm rooms, modern and clean. We found the location to be perfect. Much more of a local people vibe but easily accessible to the touristy main attractions with the great transport links Budapest offers. We would return for sure

The room is clean and tidy. It is very nice and we would definitely come back. The staff is very thoughtful and kind.

We got our luggage delayed by the airline and the front desk was super helpful and helped us to call the airline company several times. The room is spacious and clean. The location is excellent and the view from the room is good too.

The room was very clean, well appointed with good proportions, very quite with very comfortable bedding and linen. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Across the street from train station, the area is safe and about 30 -40 mins walking distance to main attractions near the Danube. Easy access to public transport. There is a careful consideration for the environment so there is less plastic and disposable items in the room which is great.

Great central location. Decent breakfast selection. There are Chinese and Thai restaurants literally beside the hotel building.

All was good! Really perfect location next to metro station and 30 minutes direct walk to center of the city. Room was wide and clean, service was great and reception helpful👍🏻

Nice hotel in front of the Central Station. Great for early trains. Breakfast was ok, but be ready to people crowd at the dining hall.

very very hot at night (closed everything but it is really hot that i cant sleep) except this everything is good comfortable bed clean and quiet
