The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very nice there. The location is good (＜ 10mins walk to the Brussels north station).

Room really clean and tidy, not much noise at night. Bar staff very nice especially Enrick. Overall very goof

Location is a bit far. However, the amenities are great with tea, coffee, kettle provided. Overall, it was a great stay.

No air conditioning even the website said it has . Facilities and interior design are quite normal . Not too bad Not doesn’t look like a 4 star hotel .

The lobby and the restaurant's deco are certainly worthy of 5 stars. The room is really a 2-3 star quality.

Paid for a king bed and had 2 singles when we got there and apparently there were no other rooms, no iron in the room which was disappointing, check in was easy and the hotel seemed overall clean apart from a stain on the bed

AVOID AT ALL COST. Everything is closed gym, bar, restaurant. When asked the staff just said no. When I asked for tooth brush, and shaving kits, the staff told me to look at the grab station where a shaving kit was not available. Location is terrible. Long walk to the station. One only good thing is that it’s close to the north train station so you can leave as soon as possible.

Very nice place to stay!

Probably the worse experience check-in so far! We arrived early and asked politely to the staff what time is the check-in, this particular staff name Tobe M. was very rude and responded at 3pm. So we went around town and came back at 2:50pm to check-in, this staff was very unfriendly saying it was not 3:00pm yet, eventually he let us in. But overall the check-in experience was such a nightmare. Breakfast was good though.
