Not to clean amenities need improvement

During my recent stay at Motel 6, I encountered a few issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, the condition of the towels provided was quite disappointing. They appeared to be worn out and past their prime, which made for an uncomfortable drying experience after showers. Moreover, one of the major inconveniences I faced was the broken shower handle. Due to this malfunction, I was unable to open the shower and had to resort to using the shower in the second room, which we had booked as a part of our accommodation. While the availability of a second room to shower in was a relief, the broken handle issue was still quite inconvenient. It would have been more ideal if the necessary repairs were made prior to our arrival to ensure a hassle-free stay. Aside from these issues, I found the motel to be adequate in terms of basic amenities and cleanliness. The staff was polite and accommodating, and the room itself was reasonably comfortable.
