"We had a very comfortable stay in the Bromley Court Hotel. Very good value for money since it is in London - but the grounds and area are much more relaxed than inner London. Room was comfortable, had everything you needed like an iron/ironing board which some don't now. Also tea/coffee and biscuits for your arrival. Little touches like this made it comfortable/ practical. Also breakfast was good and the extensive gardens were ideal for drinks outside in the evening."

Location is good but amenities are so limited. The room doesn’t provide any tooth brush nor even a hair dryer so you need to ask them and pick them up by yourself. What a service."

"My husband and I booked into Ruxley Rooms in July 2022 for 8 days. The room was abysmal, classed as a "double room" it was barely 9 feet by 10 feet. It was cramped, dirty and it smelled. There were no towels, no hot water, no wi-fi, no breakfast, all which were advertised as available. The staff were of no use whatsoever. When we complained the "manager" said, quote: "Well, there's a double bed!" Getting out of the room had to be negotiated as the door scraped the corner of the bed. Luckily we did not bring our suitcases into the room because there simple WAS no room to put them ANYWHERE! When we complained there was no hot water the manager said, (again a direct quote): "The whole building is without hot water!" As if this was a satisfactory explanation. Because of the late hour we were forced to stay the night. We left first thing in the morning. Nor were we able to secure a refund despite the atrocious conditions and the blatant fraudulent claims about the "hotels" amenities. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"

Room was very clean Breakfast very good Good parking The Easter Sunday we stayed there was a hell if a lot of music noise and shouting coming from the packed bars and beer garden until 11pm. Didn’t get to sleep till midnight as people from the pub were outside the front waiting for taxis."

"The pillow were not full but extra were provided to give you comfort. The bed was sturdy and comfortable and the sheets were clean. The room contained a small fridge, microwave and TV - all in working order. The bathroom was spacious. . We personally liked the layout of our room. The hotel has character to it - I like it although a little outdated. The night staff on the night shift, Robert, was very accommodating to our needs and suggestions. In the morning, Robert made us a freshly made breakfast and to be honest it was the best scrambled eggs ever! :) Would I use this hotel again - FOR SURE!"
