A well located hotel which offers you the amenities that every establishment should offer. The staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure to buy water before arriving. The hotel is accessible via the lift on the side of the big building. You can't miss it.

Loved the staff. The location was lovely too and you can easuly get food within a few min walk away from you. However, there were no tea bags, hardly a sugar and you have to pay for the wifi🤦🏻♀️

Stayed for one night only this being our first time staying in a travelodge and found the room to be good value, Nice clean room and nice friendly lady ( Andrea ) on reception who was very helpful, the only thing we can complain about is the address is not as stated and the entrance is actually down Avenue Road, we can recommend and would stay again

Amazing service from the very first start. We were welcome by the best young lovely girls ever. They were so accommodating especially with some prints I needed asap. Best Travelodge I have been to so far and I use a few. They went the extra mile with a Smile. Special thanks to Lilly and I can’t remember the sweet young blond lady’s name from the morning shift but I was so pleased and will be coming here instead going forward.

This Hotel is amazing whenever I am in London I enjoy to stay at this Hotel, the rooms are clean in a very quiet location which enables me to get on peacefully with my work without any disturbance. The staff are so friendly and welcoming I always see the Manager Christina and Assistant manager Andrea frequently around the hotel whether it be in the corridor or communal lifts up & down they will always stop what they are doing to enquire if everything is ok with my room and resolve any queries swiftly. I once requested an extra towel, 5 minutes later staff were knocking my door with my request. The reception staff are so polite and friendly also, Lili, Andrea, Shirley, Chardonnay, such a great team that work together. I highly recommend this hotel location for the reasons mentioned above this Travelodge site is a 5 star hotel in my personal opinion thanks to all the staff that at Travelodge Crystal palce, I appreciate you all.

I am a straightforward man who likes things simple and honest. I liked this hotel. It had everything I need without pretentiousness or pompousness. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful, everything was clean and functional. Not much more to need or say.
