"Hotel yang bagus di lokasi yang sangat baik. Kamar-kamarnya kompak tetapi memiliki semua yang Anda butuhkan untuk menginap dengan nyaman. Menurut saya, hal terbaik adalah kebersihannya. Mereka menyediakan layanan tata graha harian sehingga kamar selalu berbau segar dan bersih. Staf check-in sangat ramah dan tidak perlu menunggu lama. Hotel ini memiliki empat lift sehingga Anda tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk sampai ke kamar atau lantai bawah. Meskipun tidak ada balkon, kamar-kamarnya memiliki jendela dari lantai hingga langit-langit sehingga pemandangannya spektakuler. Semua yang Anda harapkan disediakan, ketel, gelas, kulkas, sampo, handuk, dll. Saya butuh beberapa bantal tambahan dan mereka langsung menyediakannya. Dari segi lokasi, Anda tidak akan mendapatkan yang lebih baik dengan supermarket Cole di lantai bawah dan Ibis Styles dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke mana-mana, sangat dekat dengan Kasino dan Queen Street dan berjalan kaki sebentar ke South Bank serta stasiun kereta dan bus. Ada terlalu banyak kafe dan restoran di dekatnya untuk disebutkan. Tempat tidurnya sangat bagus dan nyaman serta tidak terlalu keras seperti banyak hotel lainnya. Kamar mandinya besar dan AC-nya bekerja dengan sempurna. Kami sangat menyukai hotel ini dan pasti akan kembali lagi. Terima kasih kepada staf Hotel yang telah melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik."

I feel like a kitchen without a toaster doesn’t make it a complete kitchen. Also traffic sound comes through both glass doors."

"Enjoyed our stay in the 1 bedroom + 1 study unit. We are on level 29 and super happy with the view on top. Clean common area. The gym is a bit tiny and didn't take photos as there were people using it. This hotel is also home for some people, so there are parcels scattered in one side of the lobby. The receptionist is really friendly and helpful. Didn't know how the phone works to call the concierge. We just went there to exchange used towels for new ones. The dryer is not working as it should be. The timer seems off. Overall, the unit is well looked after."

"Stayed at the end of trip to the Sunshine Coast. The hotel is situated in a great area of Brisbane but overall service wasn’t the best. We ate the Greek restaurant first night but couldn’t hear each other at dinner due to the construction noise outside. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care about it. Working in the industry I know the hotel was informed of this activity. But guests were not informed. I complained but the mangager was too busy to see me at reception. If I had known about the construction I would have made the reservation. Pool was overcrowded every day. Acoustics between room and corridor and terrace very poor. When someone operates the blinds you can hear and when they are on the phone in the terrace you can hear the calls. If you use the glassware or cups. You have to call reception to have them replaced otherwise when the room is cleaned they just take them away. The location is good though with good choices for other F&B venues so you don’t have to eat at the hotel!"

"Although I received my booking confirmation from a third party, somehow I missed important check-in information from the hotel which is keyless and has no onsite reception. Through the kindness of strangers, we were able to get into the foyer where there was a number to contact. It’s advertised as a 24hr reception but it’s important guests know it’s a remote reception. Once I got onto the receptionist, he was able to send me the important message with the check-in information. As we were heading out for dinner we were able to assist another couple who were experiencing the same problem. Overall, it was a good stopover. We had a good night’s rest in a comfy bed, however, there were no bedside lamps for reading and the one wall lamp near the bed didn’t work. The shower was hot and the location is excellent for access to a variety of great restaurants."
