"The location is fantastic! It's very close to the train station, bus station, and ferry terminal, and just a 3-minute walk to South Bank Park. Service: I really have to complain about the service. I booked for four nights, and on one of those days, the room wasn't cleaned, even after I specifically reminded the front desk. The cleaning generally was quite sloppy; tea-stained cups weren't replaced, with tea stains clearly visible, and the bathroom faucet was covered in water marks. We were quite surprised to find such service and hygiene standards in a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast is à la carte with limited portions, one Western-style breakfast per person, which isn't really suitable for Chinese palates. We asked the hotel if we could cancel breakfast for the last two days, and they replied that it wasn't an issue for the hotel, but since we booked online, we'd need to coordinate with the third-party booking site. Although Trip.com actively tried to mediate, the hotel still refused. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Chinese travelers."

"The location is superb. It located right at the CBD. Very easy to get around. The service was fast especially the check in process. We arrived early and got check in very fast. We complain about the cleanliness and staff was attentive upon the request we made. The staff were very nice.We got a free upgrade from 13th floor to 21st floor. The downside is that the bedsheet and pillowcase change was very slow and we waited until 11 pm even though we made request before 4 pm. The free buffet is also very average."

"Great for convenience close to ferry terminal had everything you could have for a lovely short stay. no toaster in kitchen plus it has a sign stating if you set smoke alarm off you will incur a $1500 fine which is fair enough. I feel like a kitchen without a toaster doesn’t make it a complete kitchen. Also traffic sound comes through both glass doors."

Mereka menyediakan layanan tata graha harian sehingga kamar selalu berbau segar dan bersih. Staf check-in sangat ramah dan tidak perlu menunggu lama. Hotel ini memiliki empat lift sehingga Anda tidak perlu menunggu lama untuk sampai ke kamar atau lantai bawah. Meskipun tidak ada balkon, kamar-kamarnya memiliki jendela dari lantai hingga langit-langit sehingga pemandangannya spektakuler. Semua yang Anda harapkan disediakan, ketel, gelas, kulkas, sampo, handuk, dll. Saya butuh beberapa bantal tambahan dan mereka langsung menyediakannya. Dari segi lokasi, Anda tidak akan mendapatkan yang lebih baik dengan supermarket Cole di lantai bawah dan Ibis Styles dapat ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki ke mana-mana, sangat dekat dengan Kasino dan Queen Street dan berjalan kaki sebentar ke South Bank serta stasiun kereta dan bus. Ada terlalu banyak kafe dan restoran di dekatnya untuk disebutkan. Tempat tidurnya sangat bagus dan nyaman serta tidak terlalu keras seperti banyak hotel lainnya. Kamar mandinya besar dan AC-nya bekerja dengan sempurna. Kami sangat menyukai hotel ini dan pasti akan kembali lagi. Terima kasih kepada staf Hotel yang telah melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik."
