Pelayanan di front desk hotel sangat baik. Sikap mereka sangat baik saat check in, check out, dan penitipan bagasi.Terima kasih banyak atas bantuannya yang ramah. Hotelnya agak tua, tidak ada tirai kamar mandi atau pintu geser, dan air mudah memantul ke tanah saat mandi. Tapi tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan saya bisa tidur nyenyak.

Kami awalnya memesan tempat tidur kembar tetapi diberi tempat tidur queen. Setelah memberi tahu Mina di meja depan, mereka langsung membukakan kamar lain di suite untuk kami. Lokasinya bagus. Kami dapat melihat jembatan cerita dalam 5 menit berjalan kaki ke sungai.

Excellent location. It just took minutes to take a trip by ferry. The famous shopping center was just down to the street. The receptionists were great and cheerful. The kitchenette was quite good for preparing food just like at home.

브리즈번 페스티벌을 즐기기 위해 주말동안 머물렀어요. 위치도 편리하고 객실도 넓어 편했습니다. 연식에 비해 잘 관리된 객실이긴 핬지만 투숙 당일 설비 문제로 빌딩 전체에 온수가 잘 나오지 않아 많이 당황스러웠네요. 아이들과 함께 갔는데 찬물로 샤워를 해야 했구요, 뒤늦게 안내문만 있었을뿐 아무런 대처가 없어 좀 아쉬웠어요.
