hotel faced an unexpected black out that we all had to evacuate out for a night. things were a little messy and the beginning but they managed to do some proper service recovery thereafter. certain things in the room was a little dusty (eg. hangers and some cables), otherwise the room and location were great.

Staff were amazing and super accommodating and we even got an upgrade. Love the location so easy to get everywhere you need.

The hotel waa good, good amenities, and the room was clean. A lot more modern than lots of hotels in Brisbane for a reasonable price.

Great trendy hotel, clean and good decor. Location is slightly hard to access for ubers particularly in early morning traffic.

The hotel staffs and all the little details in the room made it a highly recommended hotel in Brisbane. My only concern is that the air con is very cold and it remains even I turned it to 25 degree. Otherwise everything is perfect!

Very pleasant hotel situated in the heart of the city, boasting an excellent breakfast and incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The room design is charming, and the added perk of a TV connected to Netflix enhances the stay. However, my experience was slightly tarnished when I discovered a large garbage bag left behind by housekeeping. Although they apologized for the oversight, it was a disappointment amidst an otherwise delightful stay.

i stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. it was quiet and nice room. breakfast was excellent with a good coffee. and the best part was that we could early check in. it meant a lot for us since we came from a long flight
