My colleagues and I stayed here for three nights. San Giacomo was the perfect setting for our stay - we enjoyed excursions in the mornings and enjoyed working together in the most magical setting during the afternoons - icing on the cake was a fantastic and much-anticipated snowfall on the day of our arrival. Bravissimi!

I stayed with my family at HSG for 2 weeks. We loved the experience as a whole. The hotel is extremely well run. The a**osphere is elegant and sophisticated but at the same time cozy and you have the feeling of being at home. The hotel is run by family members and you get the feeling of also being treated like family. The restaurant has a refined cuisine and very prompt service. The SPA is excellent with a large variety of beauty and wellness trea**ents. We particularly enjoyed our nice room with a view of the mountains and we often sat there in the evenings enjoying the peace and quite. My little girls enjoyed a lot the Baby Club that organized many fun activities. The hotel also organizes many activities like trekking and biking in the surrounding places which are beautiful. I would definitely recommended it for a vacation with family or for a couple who wants some relaxing and romantic time. Virginia Serapioni

No words Needed. Everything was perfect and luxury. Our room was big with 2 floor. We were there with 3 children. The staff was very friendly and kind. The food was more than excellent. The hotel is well designed. The spa is also great. 3 floors. 1 only for families other for only adults and last is relax area were children can star until 3pm. Nobody can make mistake when stay here for his holiday

This is a luxury and a fancy hotel (a little bit too fancy for us), in a lovey location. The staff are very welcoming and professional. We had a two floor suite witch was huge with a great balcony. One problem regarding the room- there is no hanging place in the shower (not even a screw) so you have to go out naked to get the towel and get dress, the problem is that the wall facing the room and the glary is a transparent glass... and since you are staying with other people in the room (in our case children) its not a pleasant situation... and as far for the crumbling walls in the shower- the staff are aware of that. We had small diner in the bar- superb Breakfast was very good with a large selection food and drinks

We were a little underwhelmed by some of the staff. Not all of them seemed overly approachable or welcoming, which was sad. The cleaning ladies on the other hand were extremely friendly! The breakfast spread was quite impressive - we wish we could have this every day We were quite disappointed by the pool and spa opening times. These open late and shut early so unfortunately we were not able to use these more than once during our 3 night stay. We took part in the guided hike with Georg which was absolutely great! Georg put a lot of effort into explaining everything and we had a wonderful time - thank you again, Georg!!

We had a lovely stay. Last minute escape the crowds choice which ticked a lot of boxes. Lots on offer at the spa, staff super helpful and friendly with lots of local information. Excellent buffet breakfast, the gourmet food and bar offering lots of choices throughout the day. Garda and Rovereto museums a short drive.

Hotel veramente ospitale .Ambiente elegante e molto pulito Buona la ristorazione ,la colazione veramente super . La SPA è bellissima . Spazi riservati a famiglie o solo adulti permette di soddisfare sia le esigenze di gioco dei bambini che il desiderio di relax degli adulti . Non mancano cortesia e disponibilità sia da parte del personale che dei titolari . Torneremo sicuramente .

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti con il mio compagno. Semplicemente fantastico! Uno chalet di montagna a tratti in stile alpino a tratti in stile più moderno, un gioiello. In ogni angolo un oggetto o un decoro ad impreziosire il tutto. Musica soft di sottofondo, tutto il personale estremamente gentile. La nostra camera era una confort con arredamento in legno, molto carina e pulita, con una bellissima vista sulle innevate piste da sci. La spa molto grande, bellissima, ho apprezzato moltissimo la piscina con ingresso interno ed uscita all esterno con idromassaggio e la stanza del sale. Qualità del cibo eccellente! Bella L idea di inizio cena con un insalata da condividere. Porzioni giuste visto che le portate sono sei. A colazione scelta ampissima, per tutti i gusti. Io ci tornerei domani. Ho trascorso due giorni stupendi in un clima rigenerante, di serenità e di festa. Contenta di avervi trovati. Grazie e alla prossima!

E stato e rimarrà il nostro albergo preferito. La prima volta siamo stati nel 2014 ( se non sbaglio) , da gli una volta al anno ritorniamo. Siamo rimasti molto contenti ogni volta , lo staff ti fa sentire a casa . Con il tempo il albergo è cambiato ( sempre in meglio) , e stato recentemente ristrutturato. Sia le stanze che tutto il albergo è molto pulito. Aaaa dimenticavo, il ristorante, ti fa “dimenticare” la dieta, il menù è molto variato è tutto molto delizioso. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare.
