"Someone had already checked in under my name??? I managed to get the room with great difficulty. The hotel was chaos in the middle of a renovation. Why wasn't this mentioned? Luckily it was just for a stopover, but that someone can just snatch your room like that??? It remains very strange."

"The hostel is easy to get to. There are some unsavoury characters hanging around the neighbourhood but not directly outside the hostel. Facilities were ok, but the dorms really need privacy curtains. There were also dishes regularly left in the kitchen sink. Staff were great. However, some sorta social events should be organised as there was no atmosphere."

"This was the most impressive stay on this trip! The room was clean, private, spacious, and this is what a hotel should be like 🤩 The best value compared to other hotels in the same price range. Location: This branch is outside the city, about a 15-minute train ride from Bremen station. It's a short walk of 100-200 meters from the train stop. There's also another branch near Bremen train station (read the booking details carefully!). Staff and service: The staff were lovely and very friendly, both morning and night shifts. There is ample and free parking. There's an elevator, so you don't have to worry about carrying luggage up and down. If you want to relax, ***I recommend informing the staff that you don't want a room next to the elevator because it's noisy.*** [Further details about the hotel booking process would follow here]"

"It was on our way to Köln. Nothing special other than a good location. We did not like the 5€ charge for the car parking, it was meaningless for a flooded area because of the rain, they also gave us a piece of paper to put it on the car shield … I wouldn’t complain if they asked 5€ just for the staff."

"The room was spotless clean and it was very pacious. The bathroom was large and modern, again spotless! The bed was very comfortable. The tv was well-placed and of good quality. There even was a working fridge. The only thing I missed were coffee/tea facilities, but they already mentioned at their site that the rooms did not have these. The breakfast was plenty and diverse, the coffee very good. Lastly: we forgot some things in our room and the hotel immediately called us about this. Because we were already on our way to our next stop, they offered to send our things completely free of charge. Wonderful hotel, especially considering their very good price/value!"
