"Chambre N°36 :Tout le personnel était sympa. De jour comme de nuit. Emplacement parfait (juste en face de la gare et à moins de 10 minutes à pied des différentes places et d'Euralille). La chambre était suffisante pour notre séjour à Lille. Propreté super. Excellente literie. Chauffage nickel. Pas de visu sur la rue (juste sur une cour intérieure), ce qui est parfait pour passer une bonne nuit au calme sauf un bruit émanant de turbines ou autres (je ne sais pas !) mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé. La salle de bain de notre chambre n'est pas très grande et ne convient pas pour des personnes de grandes tailles ou à forte corpulence. Il y avait une petite attention pour notre arrivée (Nouvel An), un petit mot gentil, des bons voeux et un petit présent. C'était sympa. D'ailleurs je les remercie encore pour cette petite attention car je n'ai pas su répondre (pas de stylo!) à la lettre. Le petit déjeuné est largement suffisant et est franchement très bien. L'ascenseur est très étroit et petit mais suffisant. Attention : moquette dans la chambre et dans les couloirs. A vérifier pour les allergiques !! En résumé : Hôtel 2 étoiles qui mérite d'être connu. Franchement un très bon 2 étoiles +++++. Un petit 2 étoiles"

TTamuThe receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

TTamuThe staff members were so nice. However, when I asked them to help keep my luggage, they just opened a room door for me and asked me to put my luggage by myself, and when I wanted to get back my luggage, they asked me to take it on my own without even looking at what I was doing. I think they should at least give out a tag or something and mark down our luggage, what if someone comes in and steal the luggage?

KKate ThomWe were assigned an accessible junior suite though we didn't request an accessible room.. The bathroom was half finished and the wiring was not completed with the switches for the separate toilet and bath located in the doorway. There were signs pasted on the door to the toilet and the door to the shower stating that the hotel offered its apologies for the inconvenience! There was a workman's support pole found under the sinks which had to be removed by the technician when we complained. There was not a single hook, clothes stand, towel rack or rail anywhere in the bathroom, toilet or room. The hotel staff explained that they would send a technician a second time to drill hooks in the bathroom, we didn't bother since we were staying only 2 nights and didn't want the dust. The shower glass in the shower stall could not contain water within the stall and the floor became wet after we showered. Location wise the hotel is perfect and the staff were polite. Breakfast was a mix of hot cooked food and the usual cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yoghurt, fruits and juices. The breakfast room changes to a bar at night which serves affordable and nice cocktails.

TTamuHi I’m very happy first of all the location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, clean bedding, clean cooking area , microwave was very clean the fridge as well toilet was clean , I felt at home , I did not go to restaurants I was cooking my own food which is excellent, the supermarket carrefour is just round the corner of the hotel , and the big shopping centre Eurasia Lille just round the corner excellent location to someone that want to save money on transport, another thing both Lille Europe station and Lille Flandre is just round the corner, it’s a walking distance, everything is just next to each other , I will definitely come back to visit Lille again and stay at the hotel, good customer care excellent communication, all staff can speak different languages which is excellent, thank you séjour Lille affaires apart hotel see you next time THANKYOU
